What a wonderful view!!! Our family stayed in this charming townhome after Christmas. The house was super clean. We enjoyed the sun set and rise on the balcony. We loved the pool! Perfect for a small family. We will be back again!

This is a beautiful property and the photos are accurate. The location is within walking distance to several stores and restaurants and the property sits directly on a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect beachfront location with plenty of room for guests to spread out. Amazing views of sunrise /sunsets from balconies or beach. Home was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy our week on the coast. Bonus for us was the daily included beach umbrellas and chairs. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. Host Chris great at quick reply to any questions. Everything went smoothly from initial rental contact to the last steps out the door. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We loved the location my daughter’s are 15 and 21 and their cousins were 16 and 18 with the youngest being 9 and they loved the area, they meet other teenagers from other states and had such a fun week with them also. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. There were nine of us and the rooms were plenty spacious. We enjoyed early morning and evening dolphin watching off the balconies. The beach chairs and umbrella set was awesome, since we had such a large group who loves being on the beach all day the chairs and umbrellas were a great added bonus. We only had to rent four extra chairs and one umbrella. The kids loved the bunk room they said the beds were comfortable which was amazing because most bunks are not. We would most definitely recommend this vacation home to everyone.

Have I ever stayed at a 100% perfect property? No. Was this property maybe as close as I've gotten to that? Most likely. This is just a beautiful home, right on the beach, in a quiet and centrally located area for great food, fun and activities. The unit modern and inviting, and everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and check out, and the management company was responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The only negative thing I could say about the whole experience is that it had to end. We plan on coming back annually, and will surely call this place home for the foreseeable future.

The property was conveniently located in walking distance to a few places to eat and shop. Great beachfront access directly from the house with plenty of views from the 3 different balconies. Loved watching the dolphins in the morning. We would definitely rent again.

Can’t have enough of this place it had all we needed for our stay . The only down part is the checkout is too early 9 am . If they would make it 10am or 11 am it would make this place perfect . Had to get up extra early to get stuff ready to check out .

Beautiful house with amazing views. The view is so nice, we became morning people. The house was clean, exactly like the pictures, and the arcade video games were a huge hit. The entire downstairs is a haven for kids. Finally, all our questions upon arrival were answered immediately by our host, Chris M. He was great! 5 star house and experience.

Length of stay 6 weeks - Jan-Feb. Location of the property is excellent - sunrise and sunset from all 3 verandas - located right on a white sand beach with perfectly clear water! Easy access to many excellent seafood restaurants and plenty of shopping available close by. Recent renovations were well done. Veranda furniture first class. Kitchen well equipped. Kids loved the bunk room! Management company, Chris and Riley were very responsive and helpful - 5 Stars for them!! Why not 5 star Overall Rating? Lack of elevator access - remember this is a three story unit. Main seating area sofa was a sleeper - not very comfortable for sitting. Mattresses show signs of heavy use. Combination washer/dryer could be upgraded.

Good place for big family

Location is great! Right on the beach! No major complaints with the property. The pack n play has seen better days and should probably be replaced. Would have been nice to have some blankets too. Better dining ware would have been nice as well, plastic stuff for kids.

This house lived up to the pictures. You couldn’t ask for a better view or closer access to the beach. You’re literally on the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and despite some reviews saying the road was busy we never had a hard time backing out of the driveway. Chris was a great host and checked with us to make sure everything was alright. One day when the coffee pot needed replaced he quickly brought over a new one. If I had to find something critique it’s that for the price there were a few details I would have expected better. For example, the toilet paper provided was cheap and rough, and the kitchen was not stocked with any basic seasonings. We had to buy salt and pepper and cooking spray. Not a big deal, it’s just every other of the dozens of vacation rentals we’ve stayed in we’re stocked with some basic seasonings, so it would’ve been nice to know that so we could’ve planned ahead. However, that did not detract from our experience or overall review of this home. Many other aspects were high quality, including the bedding and towels. The master bathroom and shower is also very luxurious. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very high quality. We would definitely stay here again.

The beach house was very clean. Plenty of towels and linens which were all clean. Furniture was very nice and clean. The only thing was the beds were very uncomfortable.

Loved our stay!! Very positive experience! Only two minor issues. I would love for the property to have the elevator in working condition. My parents are getting older and that would have been amazing. I would also like the property to have a golf cart for our stay. We were happy there was beach gear there and waiting for us to use!

This property is great! They literally had everything! All kinds of toys for the kids! Even a blow up paddle board (we didn’t use it but we thought about it!)! The kids loved the martini pool! The kitchen was great, the balconies are perfect! The rooms are perfect ! Perfect distance from everything in town! We had a great stay!

The rental process and location of this home are top notch. We loved the views and enjoyed the spacious layout. My kids (and husband) loved the games in the bunk room and the plunge pool outside was perfect for our littles. My only real disappointment was in the quality of some of the furnishings, appliances and basic living amenities. Some of the drawers in the kitchen would not fully close, the freezer handle fell off, there were not enough dishwashing pods, and the general quality of all the appliances was low. Chris was very responsive and helpful with every issue we had - and came right over to clean the very dirty grill as well as got the freezer fixed right away. For the price of the rental, I expected higher end options on the appliances, and did not appreciate having to bring my own beach towels. At this price point, I expect a bit more in everyday quality, but those views and the beach are just lovely.

You cannot beat this location! Restaurants nearby, golf cart rental and coffee shop half a block away. Grocery store less than a mile. House is very nice. Property manager very attentive.

The home is beautiful and clean. The furniture was very well used and uncomfortable. This home sleeps 12+ but only 1 couch in family room and a chair that is falling apart. The downstairs had an additional couch however the six adults wanted to socialize together. Kitchen should have been better stocked with plastic ware and towels. The amount paid per week should at least be enough to provide additional beach chairs. Two were provided. Outside shower area was rusted.(didn't want to use it) The deck pool was to be cleaned on Tuesday. Noone showed. We still had a great time. The beach was beautiful. I was just expecting top of the line condition for the amount I paid for the week. I will trying something different in the future.

This property is exactly as shown on the listing here on VRBO, and proved to be a great choice for our family vacation for a week. The location is good, you can take the stairs down to the beach (rental comes with one umbrella and two chairs from "La Dolce Vita" beach service), or walk a block to a nice coffee shop, pizza place (that has beingets in the morning), or a stroll down the beach to Pompano Joe's or Whale's tail bar/restaurants. The property itself is well outfitted for a group. It's one half of a three story duplex. Ground floor has a converted garage with a "bunk room" that would be perfect for teenagers, with a separate room with a private bath facing the beach. Second floor is the main living area, with one bedroom and bath facing the street. The top floor has two bedrooms, each with their own private baths. One very nice feature is that all three floors have their own balconies, which are deep enough for outdoor eating and hanging out. The on-site manager was always accessible for questions, and quickly got a repairman to come fix the washer and dryer when the inescapable beach sand knocked them briefly out of service. We would certainly come back to this neighborhood and property in the future.

There were lots of small items that needed maintenance. Lights that were out, the elevators were locked up and having to cart luggage up 3 flights is a pain. The kitchen has minimum useful utensils and the kids in the bottom room stay uncomfortable because of lack of good air flow. The pullout mattress on sofa was complete useless. The beach was amazing. I would not stay here again.

Our family has thoroughly enjoyed being at tranquil tides, nice home great location. The rooms were spacious and the kids enjoyed the arcade and jacuzzi. Kitchen was well-equipped. Although the bedding/pillows and mattress were of lower quality, they were in good shape overall. Beach access was fantastic, as were the views from the 3rd floor master bedroom. We would definitely consider returning to this home in the future.

We stay here annually, this property checks all the boxes and is always our first choice in the Miramar area. Property management is always responsive and everything is always perfect. We will keep coming back and looking forward to rebooking soon!

This was our second time in the Destin area, and the first time for some of our family. The property was situated directly on the beach, which was great because a lot are advertised as such, but really they're across the street. Not this one! The balconies on all three levels were beautiful, and it's nice that there's space for the whole family to hang out or be separated. The kitchen was well stocked and the directions for everything were well laid out. Checking in/out, wifi, etc. was a breeze. This property was fantat and we would definitely stay again!! Thanks so much!

I have zero bad things to say about this property. The townhouse was absolutely gorgeous. We were very impressed to say the least. The location doesn’t get any better as far as I am concerned. The view is magnificent. I am one who expects a sparkling clean place to stay when on vacation and this townhouse passed the test. I was very pleased with cleanliness. We will be back!!!!

Great location! Right on beach. Very close to shopping and restaurants but not the city hassles

Accomodations met and exceeded expectations. Fantastic stay at a great modern townhouse. Pictures and advertisements are accurate. Three levels of awesome ocean views. Chris is super responsive. We blew a fuse and he responded within two minutes and was able to resolve quickly. Making plans to return again.

Where do I start… the location was great, check-in was easy. The house was fantastic! The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing!! We We’re directly on the beach! Overall stay was utterly amazing!!

We had a fantastic week at tranquil tides. The property was beautiful! Everything was very clean and house was gorgeous. The decks were amazing and our daughter absolutely loved the splash pool. My favorite part was stepping right on to the beach. The decks are large and have great Very. We didn’t have any issues while at the townhome. It is also very close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and a coffee shop. We will definitely look to rebook this next year! Chris made the whole process so smooth from Booking to checking out. Highly recommend!
