The property was a good size for us to spread out

The picture on website indicates a ground level property, but infact, you need to go up some very unsafe stairs. The bed coverings smelt like they had not been cleaned in a while. Host asks for a 10, but a 6 is being nice.

- The door of the building was not working properly: difficult to open and found unlocked most of the time. Also the apt. door was very difficult to lock. - The area is not great, didn’t feel safe (drunk people in the night, some car windows debris on the sidewalk). - The cleaning can be improved: some of our towels were dirty and there was some mold in the shower and on the sink.

Great location, very clean, spacious, and well appointed.

There was a very bad sewer odor in bathroom and bedroom both nights we were there. Very unpleasant to breath in those two rooms. Odor present but less noticeable in living/dining area.

The apartment was modern, finished to a high standard and in a great location - close to the centre of Rouen

Great apartment

A nice and spacious apartment. The decor is neat and light. The location of the apartment is fine; you can walk to the old center in 10 minutes.

Messy entrance, difficult to access due to door to restaurant kitchen in the narrow corridor that is always open and bad stairs to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment is very hot and there is no air conditioning. Opening the windows is not an option because of the noise and greasy smell from the underlying restaurant kitchen. There are no tea towels in the apartment, but the hosts do ask you to leave the kitchen tidy... The garden is spacious, but not very well maintained. In summary, the base is nice, but there are still many areas for improvement.
