Beautiful appointed apartment with ocean view.
Beds were super comfy. Apartment had everything you needed for a great getaway. Even though Apartment attached to the main house, it was very private.
One car space provided on the ppty but plenty of parking available on the street.
A 3 bed apartment with only 1 toilet (located in the bathroom). Little bit tricky with a group of friends staying together.
To stay you need a car, as nothing is really within walking distance.

Love the open kitchen and everything was just perfectly sized for my family. Had nice touches to the house that made it feel very inviting and homey. Beds were really comfortable and great closet space. Even had a selection of board games. Also the view was really lovely. Will book again for sure!

Very comfortable and clean. Kim was very easy to deal with. Kim’s Place suited our needs well for a family long weekend in Kiama.

Lots of creature comforts to make it a comfortable stay. Very clean and a lovely view.
The toilet is in the bathroom rather than seperate.

The home was very stylish and modern with high quality products - hand wash etc was high end and smelt beautiful.
Nothing really but a couple of things to add - perhaps a box of tissues and some hooks on the back of the doors.

Enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this spacious apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Well-equipped kitchen with table, where we enjoyed our meals as a family, but also boardgames like scrabble - provided by Kim.
Plusses were: Big shower (also hairdryer, shampoo), the 3 separate bedrooms, very comfortable beds and bedding, as well as a lovely welcome sign when we entered.
The road nearby, I found at a bit noisy, especially if you want to enjoy the sea view outside...but later into the weekend it didn't bother too much. Late in the evening it was very quiet and relaxing, and I enjoyed sitting outside with my mother.

Service and attentiveness of Kim, proximity to Kiama blowhole, space, views, area and location. The welcome sign upon arrival was so lovely and welcoming!
parking was teensy bit tricky, especially with a little one navigating in and out of the property and the bad weather during our stay, but this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker.

I liked that the house had everything you need.
A welcome board with my name on it.
That the post says it has a sea view but most of the view was bush and a highway.
Backyard wasnt very child friendly.

Great size for a family stay. Has everything you could need and very comfy and clean. Short drive to Kiama beach and shops. Kim and her family were lovely hosts. We had complete privacy and they were always available if we had any questions. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!
Not a big issue for us but the yard is not enclosed and is along the main road so kids cannot run around freely.
