The view is great and the condo has extremely well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Beach access is easy and the condo has what you need for the beach (toys, umbrella etc.) We found Cocoa Beach to be a good location for the beach plus access to Disney, Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine.

Loved our stay at Jennifer's Condo. The views from the balcony are amazing. The beach & ocean therapy is just what we needed. TONS of room & everything you need for your stay included. Jennifer was a great host!

To the Owner, This was our second visit to your beautiful condo and we planned a 3rd trip, until checkout. Your hostess rudely accused us of stealing and breaking items. We are a family of Professionals and are honest and responsible, and told your hostess we did not break or steal anything. We would like to book again , but request that you replace the hostess. Gorgeous view of the beach and great open space to hang out in.

This condo is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The views are wonderful from the large balcony - where we spent most of our time. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach views from the balcony were amazing.

I cannot express how happy I was with Jennifer and her condo! She is one of the bests hostesses I've ever had and hoping to have the opportunity to come back again for a future stay. It was clean, beautiful, spacious! The construction was not a problem at all. Didn't disturb the view one bit. I had an amazing birthday weekend there!!!

I have so many good things to say about this property/experience, I don’t even know where to begin… First, Jennifer the property manager was fantastic! From the time I booked through the end of our stay, her communication and attentiveness was outstanding! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the space was perfect for my family. We couldn’t believe how much space there was, and it’s stocked with all the basics and then some. The balcony views are stunning, and we were even able to see a rocket launch right from the balcony during our stay! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is even a book of food and attractions in the unit for those who don’t know the area. This is the third time my wife and daughter and I have stayed in Cocoa Beach, and this was by far our favorite place - my mom and dad and niece (first time visitors) loved it too! Next time we visit, we will definitely be looking this place up again! Our time in Cocoa Beach could not have been better! Thank you - we’ll be back!!!

Very nice place

This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach, and it did not disappoint. The condo was very nice and ideally located. Beach access and pool were great, and the balcony view outstanding. The condo has everything you need, comfy beds, nice linens, beach chairs and toys. Jennifer was a great hostess. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had an amazing time, despite the hurricane! Jennifer was really kind and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo was clean, fully equipped and the best beach/pool access! Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! We will definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect and close to everything we needed including grocery, gas and restaurants. The condo was very clean also and had a great view off of the balcony. Though the storm guards on the balcony had screw heads sticking out of the bottom and two of us stubbed our toes on two separate occasions. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was some sort of pill found on the floor in one of them but otherwise very nice. Would highly recommend and will be back again!

The apartment located on the 5th floor was comfortable, clean and easy to access. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach get a way.

Our condo was very nice. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The views were wonderful and it was easy to get to the beach. We recommend staying there to anyone!!

The place lacked quality and Jennifer was rude in all aspects of interaction. She even complained that the place was not perfectly ready for the next guests. We did our best with cleaning for over an hour and left extra beach towels and body boards for the next users and all she did was whjne.

The condo was very dirty when we arrived, carpet was very stained and candy wrappers of peanut butter was found under my child’s bed. She has a very strong peanut allergy so that was disappointing to find when we first got there. We are being charged for things we didn’t even do or use so that is disappointing. This experience was nothing like our experience last year with a great host who even brought us more blankets. Will not stay at this location again with this host as they were less than accommodating to our needs for the money that we paid to stay here. They have an extensive list of things to do when yup check out so what is the point of paying a cleaning fee if we are doing it ourselves. The Murphy bed sheets were very stained and ripped and my son had no choice but to use them.

We loved the condo and location to the beach. Very clean , felt safe , plenty of parking spaces. Near 3 grocery stores and close to many restaurants.

Excellent property. Amazing view of the ocean. Spacious beach access. Lots of room. Well equipped. We found everything we needed including the little things. Never felt crowded at pool or beach. Easy access to Groceries and restaurants. Able to watch a rocket launch from the beach! Loved every minute and made memories for a lifetime. Highly recommend Sandcastles and this condo for an amazing time!!

Very nice place to stay

Great shape. Great furnishings and fixtures. Great kitchen equipment. Great location. And whatever I forgot to mention was great too.

This condo is exactly as the photos show with amazing views. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with a few basic spices. Basic starter supplies were provided which was helpful. Bedrooms are good size; we had plenty of room for our six adults and did not feel cramped at all. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions. Contactless check in and out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed was there. We didn't have time to use the pool but the condo was perfect when we'd get in each evening. Kitchen nicest we've ever had. Comfortable beds, living room and balcony furniture. Restful decor. As perfect as we've ever had and our party of five does travel yearly and most stay in vrbo's.

Our plans changed suddenly and owner was able to get us in the next day. Everything is first class here. Beautiful property and high quality sheets and towels. We were all sad to leave. Def will be back again!

My husband and I went with 2 other couples for a few days. The unit is roomy for 6, has an updated and well-stocked kitchen, amazing views and you can tell the owner really cares about her guests. We hit the pool a few times and the beach, of course. The balcony was where we spent the most time. We would definitely come back!

We arrived and found the condo to be what we needed. It was nice to have some extras that we weren’t expecting like seasonings and coffee filters, beach toys, etc. it was plenty of space for us with 2 kids and a set of grandparents. The kids, and the rest of us, enjoyed the pool and the beach. Pros- extra things you don’t expect to be there, great views, warm pool water, roomy, nicely decorated Cons- didn’t know some things would be there to bought things on our way that we didn’t end up needing( detergent, TP, paper towels, napkins, etc), some beach items were broken so we didn’t use them (didn’t realize til a few days in since our first few days were jam packed), there was construction going on next to us on one day so it was loud (nothing that could be done about that), railing and furniture on balcony was dusty/dirty (could be due to the construction-not sure) Overall, we were happy and would definitely return!

This is an excellent property right at the beach front! We all enjoyed our stay and the Cocoa beach! We also enjoyed the hottub for a day and wanted to use it more but the cold weather in January didn't allow us to do so. The entire property is being managed very professionally and well maintained.We will certainly rent this place again during a little warmer weahter.The property manager was extremly helpful and responded to my messages in a very timely manner.Jennifer, Thank You!!
