No bath mat to come out of shower. Mould in shower & basin not totally clean in bathroom. Couldn’t use 2nd kettle terrible smell as they replaced the first one as it didn’t work!

The views we had from our balcony were stunning: infinity pool with palm trees and an open view on the mountains far behind just amazing! The location in Benitachel was great 10-15min drive from Xavia, Moraira, Playa del arenal and others beaches around (December). The apartment had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen with everything for cooking and enjoying our meals when not eating outside (Dishwasher, fridge, oven microwave etc). The heating was efficient with central aircon/heating well functioning units. The receptionist provided us with extra blankets and cleaning service with fresh towels daily. Communication before arrival and on arrival day was efficient as we arrived late from airport, we were given clear straight forward information to pick up the keys and find our lovely apartment. Thank you so much.

Great air conditioning and beautiful pool. Quiet and very clean. Good location

minimum workspace in kitchen and no basics like salt , pepper, oil and vinegar or any spices. No can opener. When traveling on a bike for months you can’t carry these things and I think these basics for people renting an apartment with a kitchen should be in hand. We were sorry to not be able to take a boat tour of the coast. By the time we figured out where to go, appointments were already booked. Having some info available in the apartment for tours etc would be nice.

The location was great as my daughter lives nearby. The external facilities are nicely laid out and well maintained.

In the apartment I was allocated (6B) there was a connecting door to another apartment. This meant that the sound proofing disappeared so it was intrusive at times. Many rental apartments are people's homes so that the hirers have some amenities on arrival (condiments, washing up stuff etc). Others are totally cleared for each arrival - 6B was one of those -it would have been good to know that.

Beautifully clean modern apartment with a wonderful view. Towels changed every other day which was great as we were only there for 1 week.
