Beautiful home on the beach. The community pool, (shared by only a few houses) was clean an open at the end of April. The property manager was very easy to work with and let me and my friends check in by 12:30. There were 3 bedrooms that were oceanfront with balconies. A great place with lots of space for a group of 8 friends.

Team Bonding
Our stay at this property was amazing. It fit all of us with plenty of room. Location couldn't have been any better. We had direct access to the beach and some of the best views. We would definitely stay at the property again. Notifications from management can be overwhelming. I am still getting messages from them even days after checking out.

Stunning views and comfortable space
We were very impressed with this property, it was hands-down one of the most perfect set ups I’ve ever stayed in. There is so much space in the hot tub plus the beach access cannot be beat. Beautifully decorated, very up-to-date and attractive. We did run into two cockroaches in the home and a couple on the main deck but I also understand that when you’re in that area it’s tough to avoid. We definitely didn’t notice any signs of infestation. Overall we had a gorgeous time and hope to stay again.

Beachfront living can't be beat
If you want beachfront, this is the place to stay. Mere steps to the beach. Or sit in the hot tub and watch the waves. Excellent location too - it felt private and secluded while still being close to amenities nearby. The only negative was Ward property management over-communicated to the point it was obnoxious. I received 3-4 texts and 3-4 emails every day during our stay just sharing reminders and rules. I kept receiving rules reminders days after I checked out and I had to ask the management company to stop contacting me. Otherwise we'd love to stay again.

We stay is Topsail every year and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. Location was great the house was beautiful and very kept up. We had a wonderful time!

Great property!
The house was clean and organized. The beach view was great. There were enough beds and rooms for everyone. The elevator was a bit tricky but there was plenty of instructions to get you through.
