This is a nicely appointed property. The views are AMAZING. The local staff was helpful when we had issues. I could spend the rest of my life watching the sunset from that patio and be a very happy woman.

great view location and property. We all ended up getting sick prior to getting there, but the sea air and the relaxing atmosphere of the place helped immensely. A short walk to the beach.

Great location. Great condo. But we were killing bugs in the kitchen area the entire time we were there. Left text for property manager which responded with a “We knew there was an issue but the exterminators must not have got em all, here’s $100 for your troubles “

The unit was clean and arrangements were easy. I need to express my dislike for the second bedroom: the bed was uncomfortable and the closet was stuffed with thi.gs so that it was awkward to use. However, we enjoyed our stay overall. Gorgeous view from master suite.

Extremely clean, spacious, and oh, those views are breathtaking! The balcony view could not be beat woth the beach and the coast. The lighthouse is in plain view, and we even saw whales breaching the first 2 days. Wonderful property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love the view from this condo and it's very clean. Would like to see some type of window covering to cut down on the sunlight coming in the west living room window. Not a deal breaker though

Our stay was lovely and extremely functional for our kids who were going out to sail in the bay!

The view is awesome! Access to beach not far from building down a path. The beach is great. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Loved that there was a cart in closet to use to bring our belongings up.

Relaxing trip. Bed comfort was very poor. It rained quite a bit and there was zero indoor activities such as cards, games...etc. also there was very little for local information available. Recommend putting together a list of local favorite spots.

Amazing view and great natural light! We enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen was nice and clean. Short walk down to a great beach and easy drive to the aquarium and harbor. We really enjoyed our dinner at Local Ocean and had fun watching the sea lions while eating lunch at Clearwater.

We had a great week exploring the Oregon Coast using this condo as our home base. It was very comfortable and the ocean views were beautiful. It’s just a short walk down to Nye beach, perfect for long walks. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were in Newport visiting our youngest son who is finishing his MS (Master of Science) degree from OSU. I consider myself a very particular person regarding “things”. At the top of my list is my living space. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. View, spectacular. Cleanliness and amenities, were excellent. Loved our stay.

The balcony view was amazing! We could see whales right from the dinner table that faced the sliding glass doors! Fireplace was so cozy! The small bedroom had a bed too short for me, I’m only 5’ 2. I slept on the couch, softest couch ever! I could wake up and see the lighthouse and sleep to the sounds of the ocean! Toilets made noises for just a few minutes after flushing, possible just need to replace a valve. The elevator was convenient! Very quiet neighborhood, we didn’t hear neighbors at all. They have a smart tv with a few apps, Amazon prime, Netflix. We didn’t have time for that, but thought I should mention it for others. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! So close to Nye beach and can walk to a lot of things and not have to drive :) loved it!

We loved the view, the furnishings and the access to charming Nye Beach.

Loved looking out the window and seeing the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Short walk to a trailhead to the expansive beach where you can walk for miles! Very comfortable condo. Large kitchen but small TV.

Thank you to Vacas, prior to arriving to our Cottage in Yachats due to maintaince issue our reservations was cancelled. Thank you, to Cristina with Vacasa, she made this over the Experience happen. We were upgrade to Penthouse 303. I can not say enough, stay here the view is the sell. To address previous comments. Beds and Pillows are comfy. There is a blow up bed, but it is hand pumped. My son opted to sleep on couch and was fine. We used the grill. It is hooked up to gas line you need to turn on the valve. We made and amazing dinner and purchased fresh seafood from South Beach Fish Market. If you love Crab this is the place. Beach access is a little dicey with elder or small kids. Nye is close by and you can drive and have easy access to beach. Everything is labled and makes it very easy. There were a few washer pod, dryer sheets and dishwasher pods. If your staying for a week bring more or purchase more to leave for the next guest. Would we come back...Yes, we would run back.

Just like the first time we stayed here, we had a wonderful time. The Penthouse suite was clean, beautiful and well maintained. It’s very close proximity to the beach, shops and food make it the perfect spot for us to stay. We will be back!

Very nice accommodations. Would have liked window coverings for the big windows in the family room. Afternoon sun is blinding but only for a short time. TV is small for this type of unit. A larger one mounted on the wall would be better for this condo. Other than that we were very satisfied with this condo and look forward to renting it again,

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! A little mama daughter getaway before she goes off to college. :( The condo was amazing, and as described online. The views were incredible and the washer/dryer was a added bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe the next time, I'll bring my husband.

My husband, 2 year old daughter, and I had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed the location, access to the beach, gorgeous views, and watching the lighthouse. The condo was extremely clean & everything was up to date & operational. Would highly recommend to others.

The view is lovely, neighborhood is quiet, and the condo is very comfortable. Personally, I would probably rearrange the primary bedroom so the bed is on the other wall, as it makes more sense for opening the view up even more and making it possible to sit up on the one side without leaning against the window, but am guessing the current arrangement was done to accommodate the treadmill.

The place was quiet and well stocked. I've stayed a a lot of vacation rentals, but this one was above most. Really clean, master shower was fantastic. Ocean views were unbelievably beautiful. Kitchen allows for more than one person to be working at the same time. We even lost power for a while, but no big deal... we just went to the beach! One note, it says there's a grill but it has no propane tank so don't plan on grilling like we did!

The condo was so comfortable, and views of the Oregon coastline and Yaquinta Lighthouse right out the living room window made this a most memorable stay. We'll be back!

My husband and I spent four wonderful days in this beautiful condo. The lighthouse view was breathtaking, the condo is roomy and comfortable and it was very clean. We plan to come back!

Such a lovely unit. Well equipped and STUNNING views. The unit was spacious and perfect for our girls week. We slept well but would have really appreciated memory foam mattress toppers. Definitely a place we hope to return to.
