Where to begin? We did not receive instructions on checking in, we had to message the host the day of to ask for this. The home was extremely dirty, from the kitchen to the bathrooms & bedrooms. Bedroom furniture covered in dust. Dirt/dust on floors. One bathroom had a shower curtain that had the bottom stained yellow and smelling of urine. Toilets, sinks, showers and stove were full of grime. The kitchen sink even had dead insects. The kitchen faucet was loose/not screwed on properly. The kitchen sponge was used and worn, completely torn from the use, and filthy. There were many ants all over the kitchen as well. My family & I planned to eat in to avoid public restaurants due to COVID. However, there were only 2-3 pans with missing/mismatched lids , one knife and a couple of silverware, making our groceries useless since we had no appropriate dishes to cook with. The stove and toaster did not work properly. This alone defeated the purpose of booking this house since we wanted the convenience of a kitchen to avoid restaurants. One bathroom does not have a door, only a curtain so please be aware since this is not said in the listing ad. The couch pillows all had tears in the back and the stuffing was coming out. There was also a water leak outside, and worse of all, a wasp hive right outside by house entrance. We were unaware of this because it's hidden behind a wall plaque, and unfortunately a small child was stung because we were not advised of this hive. We tried to book something else immediately but of course everything in the area was full. We also contacted the manager on site and he arrived and we showed him all the concerns, he apologized and offered to send a cleaner. Unsure if cleaner showed up or not, since we left to try to find another place to stay in. When we came back the place did not look any different, and we had no choice but to stay since we could not find anything else. This is unacceptable given the amount we are charged as a cleaning fee. I am filing a formal complaint with the pictures we took.

The house was perfect for is. Gated house and close to everything we needed for the week. Lots of good places to eat, grocery store, and even a gym we got to go to.

Paid for 3 nights and she cancel my stay on the second night with no money back total inconvenience especially having my children with me had to look for somewhere else to stay the night and the hassle especially with my little ones an on mother day not and with my mother not worth it what so ever...

It was so peaceful! I asked Rosa for check in and i was lucky enough for her to have great communication and let us check in way earlier! Me and my friends appreciate it a lot! It was close to everything!! Had towels, blankets, and pillows for us and it was just a perfect amount of space for a big group

Loved it family and I had a great stay. So comfortable ac works amazing. I will be coming back and staying here for sure!

Love my stay, property was secure, private parking, great AC units , w/d on site, closed to everything, my crazy family ages 3-73 and i were pleased

Beautiful house ! Their was a main house 3bed 2 bath and a 2 story 2 bedroom 2 bath house . The 2 story house had a beautiful 2nd floor outside terrace were my husband and I had coffee and make plans for the day every morning . This place was very spacious perfect for us since were 2 families and we each had 5 kids. I loved that we were able to closet the gate and the kids were able to play safely , we had 2 trucks parked inside and there was still space for them to play. Super clean we didn’t see not even 1 bug in the house . I was a little concern that we would run out of hot water because we all took shower one right after the other to get ready to go out for dinner and everyone had hot water so that was pretty amazing. Also loved that the house had plenty of blankets and towels to accommodate our 4 day stay. The house was about a 5 minute drive to the beach very close to everything I would definitely stay in this house again. We came back telling everyone that if they ever go to puerto peñasco they should check if this place is available. Honestly we can’t wait to come back .

I think it was perfect. We wanted a big house for 13 people and this was perfect for the price. It was the most affordable and only 5 minutes from the beach. We could stay outside on the patio and listen to music and drink as late as we wanted - compared to hotels where you cant do any of that. It had a gated driveway so all 3 of our cars fit perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice it is a huge main house. The AC was COLD like we had to turn it down. I loved it!!
