The creaking bed in main room woke me up a few times. Maybe that can be fixed. The fireplace was a good idea, and would be better if smaller logs and kindling is provided. The large logs were difficult to get going.

The location…

Location was excellent - over the road from the shops and just around the corner from the beach. Plenty of parking at the property. Hosts very accessable prior to arrival. Brenda phoned me a few days prior to our arrival to confirm number of guests. Thanks Brenda! Spacious and clean. Little items left from other guests (?) were made use of. The paito upstairs was fabulous and we made good use of that area having nibbles and drinks overlooking the very pleasant general outlook. I would go there again.

Location, very clean and tidy

Great variety of games/activities for all ages. Right in the centre of town so all amenities were just a few minutes walk away. Proximity to beach and lots of walking/cycling tracks.

Proximity to town also has its drawbacks - namely loud music from nearby tavern and daily rubbish collection noise around 5am.

The location across the road from the town centre is walking distance for shopping and nights out (no designated driver needed and no taxis needed) and the house was a beautiful open designed greart for family holidays. The rooms where spacious and the beds so comfy. Then the most fabulous outside seating area. Both down stairs and upstairs. The hosts where amazing and a pleasure to deal with and easy online access for everthing we needed to know about the house and the surrounding area. Can't wait to book our next vacation.
