This rental was more spacious than expected! All the bedrooms were great. Two AC units which really kept the house cool. Everything you needed in the kitchen. The backyard was great! Pool was perfect and we really loved the BBQ grill/bar area. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. We drove to the beach access rather than walking but the walk would have been doable. But probably not with small children like we had.

We come to Destin every year in September. We've had a variety of homes that we have stayed in but this was the first 1 story home that was big enough to fit our family, and honestly it was perfect because going up and down those 3 stories of stairs gets tiring by the end of the week. This house is very well equipped. There's plenty of pool, beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc. Lots of things to do at the house to keep everyone busy if your not a beach person. The walk to the beach was short. The option of the golf cart was wonderful to take to the shops near by. The only issue we really had was with the AC, it didn't want to keep the house cool during the hottest parts of the day but the house managers was very attentive to send someone out as quick as possible to take a look at it when we notified them. My family really enjoyed our stay. And another quick shout out is to the house keeper. I believe her name is Nancy. She stayed a little later the day of check in to make sure the house was in tip top shape from the previous renters. But still let us unload our vehicles and get settled. We had 5 vehicles and the road is a little narrow so we backed down the road to make getting in and out a little easier. Definitely a great place to stay! We will be back or maybe even checkout one of the other homes the Harleman's have to offer.

This home is in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. We had golf cart which added to the enjoyment of the stay. Rooms are spacious and interior decor was beautiful. Kitchen had everything you would need for meals at home. The outdoor back yard is an oasis where we spent most of our time. The pool is perfect size with different floats available. The grill/bar area was large and perfect space for preparing & grilling food. There is an outdoor gas fireplace that we didn't use because of the heat but looks like it would be a great place to chill in the evening. The management group was very responsive to address anything we needed. Had trouble with the projector but they resolved by next day because a cable was missing. The projector is an added bonus for relaxing in the evening watching a movie. We met the housekeeper who was very friendly & had the house perfect for us. Highly recommend this location for a family trip.

Our family had a great time staying at this beautiful home. It was close to the beach. Walking was 5 to 7 minutes. We had age groups spanning from 70+ to 2 years and all of us had a great time. We would love to come back and i recommend Michael's place to anyone considering coming to Destin

The house was beautiful and the yard was a huge hit with the whole family. Loved the hot tub, outdoor tv , kids loved making smores on the fire pit. Beds were comfortable, house was stocked well. It is a little hike to the beach. Great family memories were made.

Everyone enjoyed themselves at this home. The house is stocked with most everything you need and has plenty of room for a large family (we had 12). Some suggestions I have are: take your own beach chairs and umbrellas. The pans in the kitchen are well used, if you have a favorite pan at home bring it. The AC had a hard time keeping up during the very hot days we had, and the pool was so warm, it was not fun to use (not the owner's fault..it was hot outside!!). Kind of a longer walk to the beach than I thought it would be, but doable. Hint....if you drive to the Pompano Joe's parking area for the beach, there are lots of free parking spots across the street (a local told us that and we used it). So, don't hesitate to rent this home, you will enjoy it.

We loved this property. The ranch style home was great. The backyard was fun. Communication with the property manager was magnificent!!

The house was large and room for everyone, the pool was great, loved the grill and tv music in backyard, it had everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Miramar Beach! The house was perfect for us with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We had 8 adults and 5 kids under 3. The outdoor area was great for our family as we only spent two days at the beach -- the rest of our time was at the house. The pool heater broke while we were there, but Michael totally refunded the payment. The air conditioning quit working too, but Michael had someone there to fix it within the hour. Michael was very helpful and pleasant to work with. In my opinion, the house is a little far from the beach if you want to spend a lot of time there, but the house is so nice you can spend the entire time in the backyard. Our family loved the large dining table, playing games and eating together. The grill and fire pit were a nice touch too. The kitchen is well stocked -- I wasn't missing anything. There were plenty of beach towels. The only thing I missed was my pillow. The bed in the master was so comfortable! It truly was home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

Would def rec this house to anyone. Great set up and plenty of room for all. Backyard area and open floor plan was highlights. Location is good, just about 7 min walk to beach. Owner and prop manager are both great! Very good communication and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. 10/10.

The property was great, size wise, for our large group of 15. The heated pool was perfect for the cooler days and nights. Location was great! Everything was wonderful.

Everything was great, had some issues with the pool heater, but was handled very efficiently, and professionally, patio furniture needs updated, legs are rusty, but it is a salty environment. There is a lot of building going on in the vicinity.

We really enjoyed this house with 12 total people, including a baby. There was tons of space for sleeping with a huge bunk room with two sets of bunks beds in it. We most enjoyed all the amenities including a HUGe pool, hot tub, foosball table, ping pong table and a beautiful big backyard for the adults and kids to enjoy! On the side of the house there were beach and pool items- including a few beach chairs, floats and a wagon to take to the beach. The kitchen was spacious with a large dinning table for everyone to sit at. And outside included a grill for grilling out. A few things included with the house- plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies for cooking, plenty of extra beach towels and fun pool floats. We enjoyed this house very much!

Beautiful beach house a 6 min walk to beach. The house was gorgeous- had everything we needed ! Property manager / owner was quick to respond and manage any issues we had- which was only one they was beyond his control. Our only issue is the cleaning lady was there past our check in time and showed up 2 hours before check out. I understand she had a job to do and she was very kind , polite and courteous but it was a bit uncomfortable. I would absolutely rent this property again !!

Beautiful home and perfect location. House is perfect for large group. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and entertainment options in the backyard was a huge plus! Home owner checked in all through out the week of our stay making sure we were taken care off. Would definitely book again!

This property is perfect for our family. It is one level and since we have a son with special needs we don't have to mess with any stairs. The house is big and the backyard is one of the best in the area. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and foosball table. We had some issues with the refrigerator the first night. They could not get a replacement on Sunday but did bring over a large cooler, ice and a mini fridge so we would not loose the groceries we bought. The refrigerator was replaced on Monday and the rest of our stay was perfect. You will love the proximity to the beach and other restaurants. We rented a golf cart but the beach is only a few minutes walk from the house. When we visit Miramar Beach this will always be the house for our family.

House was clean. The amenities such as the pool, ping pong table, fire pit, and hot tub were Fabulous! We would choose this house again :)

We loved everything about this home. We had four families, and had plenty of space for 7 adults and 8 kids. The communication from Michael and his team was great. We never had to ask for anything, but Michael made sure to reach out to us every couple of days and ask us if we needed anything. The house was spotless when we checked in. The back yard was amazing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, including spices, crock pots, coffee makers, etc. There were plenty of pool toys, and inflatable to keep everyone happy from ages 2 to 40's. It is a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to a lot of fun things. Pascalli kitchen is a 2 minute drive and had great pizza. There are plenty of places for shopping within walking distance, seafood markets nearby, liquor stores, and an ice cream shop. With fifteen of us there, nobody had a single complaint for our entire stay. I can not say enough good things about this place and the owner. We typically like to go to a new place every time we travel, but we all agreed that this place would be worth another visit...or more. Thank you to Michael and your awesome crew!

This house was perfect for our vacation. We had 10 adults and 9 kids/babies. plenty of room in all the bedrooms, living area And kitchen. Kitchen was the best stocked I've ever rented with pots and pans and even spices. The Pool was an added luxury. Being able to go to the beach or the pool was great. I would highly recommend this house for large families.

The owner was very responsive from day one. We were able to check in right on time with no hassle. The pictures did not do this place Justice ! The rooms were huge and the family living space was much larger than we expected ! The outdoor space was perfect and then some… the walk to the beach was short but we rented a golf cart due to having little ones to take back and forth. Other than a few minor hiccups with the cart police our vacation was perfect .

Roomy, comfy and great outdoor space. We had 3 families stay with children from infant to 13 years old. Plenty of space, beds and baths. The outdoor space with pool, hot tub and gaming areas were perfect. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend if traveling with families.

I will say the property itself wasn't terrible and communication with Michael was always quick (for the most part) but for the amount of money we spent to stay here, we expected more. We showed up at 4:00pm, our check in time and Nancy, the cleaning lady, was still there....cleaning. She said she had been there all day and that the people before us trashed the place. So we stepped in and started helping her because we were 4 families that drove over 14 hours to go on a family vacation and just wanted to relax. She still had a lot to do when we got there... We had 9 children, ages 3-9 with us. The pool lady was also still there. Told us that the pool was cloudy because of the people who trashed it the week before. It was cloudy all week and the hot tub was never really clear either. It had alot of stuff left floating in it. Our week was nice. The house has enough space for everyone. A little walk to the beach. Come Saturday, a couple families (including myself, my husband and children) left around 6am. Check out is 10am and a few families were planning on leaving then. Come 8am, Nancy shows up and proceeds to start cleaning in the back yard. IT WASN'T EVEN TIME FOR HER TO BE THERE but she was. She asked my MIL if she could come inside. She told her no. A little while later, Nancy walks through the house (without knocking and after they told her no) to put something in the fridge. Um.....not cool. I contacted Michael about everything. Expressed my frustration that he didn't even try to compensate us (when you pay over $8,000 for a vacation you have high expectations) for Nancy still being there when we were supposed to have the house or even work with us to make it better. On June 18, he messaged me that "I will call u today to square away." So folks. That's all she wrote. Or in this matter all he wrote. Would we stay there again? No. We would not. We were not impressed.

Very clean, and well furnished house with great pool, hot tub and very close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with a large group of friends ranging from 5 to 65! Definitely something for everyone, the back yard set up is great with foosball, ping pong and swimming pool! We didn’t use the hot tub much but it would be better in winter months. Nancy was great and prompt, Miguel was awesome as well when we didn’t think the fridge was working he was there in a heart beat! Thank you and highly recommend!

Overall the house was all we had expected. It was clean, plenty of room, close to the beach. Only one issue with the A/C, sent a message to the property manager and a repairman was there within the hour and all was good. I would recommend this location to anyone. We had a great week.

House was great. Enough room for our family of 10. We were not on top of each other. Kitchen and dining room was spacious. Words can't describe the backyard. Pool and hot tub was used everyday. We even had a fire with smores and hot dogs. We had to get firewood from Walmart though, the nearby gas stations sold out and did not replace their stock. We did rent a golf cart which I would recommend. We are absolutely happy with our stay.

The house was beautiful, clean and exactly as described and pictured. We had six adults (including two grandparents) and five kids ages 8 to 14. The house worked perfectly for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Outdoor space and activities- pool, hot tub and games like ping pong made the vacation even better. Easy walk to the beach - less than 10 minutes. Would stay at this property again as well as any other property with the same owner.

This house was perfect for our 3 families. The backyard was amazing with the pool, hot tub and games! Everyone had enough room to spread out and the kids loved the bunk bed room.

We arrived at 4 pm to check in but cleaning lady was still there because previous renters were not kind to rental. No worries we dropped our luggage and all issues were corrected that day by both Miguel and the cleaning lady. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking breakfasts and dinners. Lots of pool toys and beach chairs. We had some issues with the hot tub and the pool during our stay but after a few attempts the issues were for the most part resolved. House was clean upon arrival and plenty of towels in bathrooms. Plenty of beach towels also. We enjoyed our stay and loved that it was within walking distance to the beach.

Everything was good, except the hot tub and it wasn't for lack of trying. The owner and house manager were very responsive, a new pool company is necessary.
