modern design of hotel, friendly staff, great location, great breakfast & lunch restaurant, quiet room for good night sleep

FYI: hotel name „casa panuco“ not written on building, was confusing to find, the address was correct, it’s right where the restaurant yerba santa is! our room was on the ground floor inside which made it quiet but it unfortunately had no windows

we loved the cosy and carefully crafted atmosphere. we would definitely stay there again!

- breakfast is served in Yerba Santa and it is amazing - like WOW - the entire concept of shared accommodation is very good - there is the kitchen and shared terrace or living room, and you can choose the room with a bathroom or a shared bathroom - the place is renovated and designed in a very nice style - we had a problem on arrival with our booked room, and the staff was so good and try to figure it out - good wifi

The staff was very helpful and nice and location is great, close to Reforma and with restaurants nearby. Check-in process was simple as they sent us the codes to access beforehand and there was someone at the property when we arrived. Included breakfast was a voucher in the restaurant, which had amazing food and service.

It was freezing in the room, colder than outside for some reason and the bathroom had a broken window. That made our stay not very pleasant.

no hot water in the room. a bit noisy (we could hear everything from our room). breakfast service a bit slow (they got wrong twice our order)

When I arrived late at night the instructions to get to my room were very confusing. They did not say the NAME of the room, Had to call. The person on the phone had a terrible attitude.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

There was no sign outside the hotel and no proper reception. I was let in my room - but I wasn't told anything about the breakfast (included) and wasn't given a code to the front door. Luckily I was let in by another visitor when I came back to the hotel late in the evening.

I was houses in an alternative location, not the address where I reserved. The rooms didn’t seem comparable to the image I booked for.

It was a very nice little place to stay, close to the Zona Rosa. Were only there for one night. We liked it very much, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
