The house was spacious, clean and centrally located. The pool was a nice feature and having a washer and dryer was a nice option. We were a group of 5 friends and all agree that we would stay at this home again.

Overall the rental was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved how there was ample outdoor seating for us to all have our own space while relaxing by the pool.

Ice maker did not work, one shower had warm water not hot, house smelled of cigarette smoke, had to spend a few hundred dollars on salt, pepper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer soap, patio blocks had mold. First property ever that did not have basics, that would have been furnished - get more at a hotel! Can’t wait to write a formal review. Would not recommend this property- way over priced- pictures do not represent the actual property! Renter Beware - run away !

The house and pool are very clean. The location was closed to the beach. The outside patio needs to be powered wash and needs more lighting. The pool is adjacent to a busy alley. Over all, we enjoyed the location and the neighboor was pleasant.

Pros: - Accommodations on arrival were clean and pool was clean, beds were very comfortable. Cons: - The patio bricks were filthy, looked like mold. All of us got hundreds of sand flea bites despite bug repellent, very itchy and irritated. There was an infestation of them in the bricks. - No shampoo or shower soap in any of the bathrooms, just liquid soap at the sink. - No hot water in kitchen faucet. - Ice maker in refrigerator not working. - Fire extinguisher in kitchen was out of date. - Initial communication when we reached Florida was not answered at all - email or phone call. - 2 patio loungers were broken. - Seen 3 cockroaches in kitchen and dead rat by patio fence.

Each bedroom was large and close to stores. 1 mike to beach with no commercial properties and little traffic between you and the beach.

The beach was only about a 6 minute drive. The 5 bedrooms, all equipped with king-sized beds were so comfy. There were 3 full baths. A large kitchen with seating for 8. The pool was the focal point. My grandkids were elated to get to swim so often. The pool is very nice. There is outdoor space to dine which seats 10. We enjoyed the grill where we created masterpiece meals to enjoy as a family. This property was perfect for our family get away. We would definitely visit this place again!

We were in town on business, it was really nice coming home to this house everyday. The guys loved the pool table as well as the pool. The area is really nice too, I would highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay. I have a few suggestions. Pressure wash the brick around the pool. It is really dirty and all that dirt was tracked into the house.

The house was as advertised. If there are any complaints it’s that one of the showers had serious rust stains and the pool wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but we made the most of that. The rooms were comfortable. Some people thought the A/C was kinda loud but those are all nitpicky. I would go back!

Communication: ValGal was quick to reply to every email and text that I sent. Turn around time was almost immediate. They were very helpful, answered all questions and offered suggestions regarding the local area. Check in / Check out: Check in and check out was effortless and a breeze. Location: Location, location, location!!! The location was literally a five minute drive to the beach, many store and restaurants. That was a big plus!!! Accommodations: The home was modern, nice and clean. 5 bedrooms with 5 king beds and 2 with bathrooms. The only issue that I would have to say is that the pool deck and area surrounding the pool severely needs pressure washing or a deep cleaning due to mold and mildew. The pool could also benefit from being screened in due to the growth of the trees surrounding it and the debris that falls in the water. We were not able to utilize the pool for these reasons which was a big disappointment. Would we stay at this property again, ABSOLUTELY especially if the pool issues are addressed.

We had a great experience during our stay! The place was clean and property manager was very prompt! We had an issue with a drain and she had it fixed within 2 hours! Close to beach and grocery stores! Plenty of room for 8 of us! Pool was awesome as well!!

The shared spaces and bedrooms were great. The house was clean. The bathrooms need to be updated on bathroom had the handle coming apart. On we were disappointed that the tv in the living room didn’t work and we told the property manager but no one came to fix it. There were drops of blood in one of the bathrooms and since no one came for the tv we figured it would be the same for the blood. Overall it was okay except for those things.

Eazy to rent

The house was suited to our needs & spacious enough to accommodate a large group. Our biggest disappointment was the pool area. The pool itself was a nice size & clean. However, the surrounding pool deck & landscaping was poor. Landscaping is overgrown. The brick patio was covered in mold and should be power washed. Patio furniture could be updated and the grill should be replaced.

We loved staying in this house. The pool was large and clean, and the location was excellent. We were close to stores, restuarants, and the beach, and it was extremely convenient. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 8 (one was an infant), and we were very comfortable. We would consider coming back next year.

We had an amazing time here on vacation. The pool was nice. Its area is nice and quiet. The house was beautiful and spacious. The one thing is that need more cable option than 6 channels. But overall it was a very peaceful vacation. Will definitely rent in the future.

My husband and I were looking to get away during Covid with our 3 teen/young adult sons and wanted our own private place with a heated pool. We wanted eat most of our meals in and be close to the beach. This place had great space with an extra room to spare. The bedrooms are all a nice size and the kitchen and living size were perfect. I would say the bathrooms could be updated a bit. The pool was great and clean with a service that came twice a week. However, I would recommend that the pool area be cleaned. I would suggest a good power wash and definitely new patio furniture so you could enjoy the yard more. As far as the location I would prefer to be a little closer to the beach but you did have the grocery, pharmacy and Starbucks within walking distance. You can walk to the beach its only 1.5 miles but too far to haul stuff for the day. Parking near the beach is not an issue for a small fee. The boardwalk was fun and had a lot to offer. Great to stroll down or exercise on. Check-in was effortless and when I had any issues they were quick to respond. For the most part this met our needs for a quick relaxing holiday getaway.

It was good

Loved the 5 bedrooms with king beds however some repairs need to be done. The dishwasher did not work during our visit so we were manually washing all dishes. Three if the bedrooms closets doors are not securely attached. The bathroom shower had a handle that falls off when you attempt to turn it on. We enjoyed the pool and the beds are comfortable.

I would rent this property again

Wrong property address on vrbo listing so created lots of confusion for guests. Was unable to get anyone to answer a phone (including emergency #) when driving around aimlessly looking for the property Property needed the cleaning crew to come in as their were issue where things were not addressed during last cleaning No soap, paper towels, xtra Toilet Paper, or pretty much anything other than towels. Pool temperature was 63 degrees and wasn't fixed until late day two. Other than that it was fine...….

This house was better than advertised! Super clean and very spacious! The area however, does have a lot of mosquitos just a fair warning to bring repellent ! Overall so happy with my stay! You guys will be too

But for big family members the pots and pans are little small other wise everything is fine. After hours guy is very helpful. Thank you
