Excellent location, lots of choice for food and drinks in the area. Easy access to shops, tours and excursions. The view from the property was beautiful. The property had everything to make our stay a comfortable one. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Clean, well-appointed, and good communication from the owners. Excellent position for both railway stations - good service and comfortable trains. Lots of takeaway places and local shops nearby.

Wonderful short break. Accommodation was excellent. Great pubs, restaurants and take aways all within walking distance.

We loved the brightness of the apartment and how clean it was. View from balcony was super out into the Broads. welcome pack was an added bonus. Owners great at responding to questions.

Slight downside was the noise on both nights from the pub across the road up until 1 am.

Very cleav, modern, well equipped two double bedded apartment. Position overlooking the Broads. Would recommend and go back to stay there

Great location to explore the Broads, such a pretty position where the apartment is and everything you need on the doorstep. Apartment is finished to a high standard and you can see the hosts have an attention to detail, pretty much everything has been thought of inside the property. Hosts very attentive and listened to our issues with noise and offered us a partial refund which we were not expecting or after - we just wanted to highlight our experience.

We cut our stay short due to noise from neighbouring pubs till 2am, loud thumping music, noise from drunks on the street till past 3 one night and cars with loud engines driving up and down the street.. such a shame these pubs have been granted late licenses on a weekend!! Rooms were really warm, could do with some fans on hand.

We’ve been coming to the area for many many years to visit family. We’ve stayed in every accommodation there is in the area, hotels, lodges, bungalows, caravans, Swan View is by far the best.

I selected this apartment as a base from which to walk some of the Angles Way. It was an ideal location as the property is right by the path. It is also extremely close to both Oulton Broad stations, making it possible to get the train out and do a longer walk back. I was fortunate with the weather and really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace to chill out and eat my meals. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in the apartment. The location is perfect, there are gorgeous views out to the broad and I was lucky to catch some (free) power boat racing one night, but it's also right near to shops, bars and restaurants so there are dozens of places and choices for eating. Having said that, the property has everything you need to make your own food. I cannot praise the apartment enough and would happily stay again. Special thanks to Matt, who came to my aid when I had difficulty unlocking the terrace door and for the lovely welcome pack.

The lock box is quite high up and I didn't spot it straight away as I'm petite! There is nothing not to like about this apartment, it's comfortable, in a brilliant location and the owners are kind.

location was truly amazing….so beautiful overlooking the lake with all the swans and motor boat activities on the occasional evening. made better by fabulous weather and awesome massive balcony to sit and view in the comfort of your own surroundings. the apartment was impeccable. absolutely immaculate and huge! it catered for everything and lacked nothing! the hosts were so friendly and readily available…..although I didn’t need them….. it was reassuring as a lone female traveller whilst working away…..that they were at the end of the phone. beds….tv….kitchen…….living comfort……second to none. I will be going back for sure with my husband who loves boats and we haven’t really explored that part of the country yet! perfect base for exploring further afield……or not! I would be very inclined to just stay in at times it’s so lovely!

I had been given the wrong code for the key safe. it was sent by e mail. Luckily Matt was on the end of the phone to give us the correct code. Not impressed with Booking.com. One big negative was the live band in the pub opposite. We thought they would stop at 11.00 but kept going until 1.00a.m. Don't know how they got away with playing so late.
