for the price best value hotel room… by far I stay here a lot never have a problem little gem

Starting to show a bit of wear and tear but only minimal..

We’ve stayed before but in the room above the bar.. this time was a fair amount smaller but was everything we needed. Shower was great! Loved the little tea and coffee selection and the voucher that was a lovely touch. Bed was comfy!

Walls are thin.. the room next door had an alarm from 6am- 7:30 and on a Sunday morning it was painful. The room is on the smaller side but fine for one night. Lamp next to the door was broken.

Great location and great value. Great place to stay I come here everytime I visit Lowestoft

Wish I could check in earlier

From start to finish a complete joy. Check-in instructions delivered promptly as it is self check in door codes and room easy to get into. Everything was immaculately clean and when I entered I could of been in a £500 Chelsea boutique hotel. Room had smart TV . WiFi. Toiletries And comfy bed. Staff very and responsive and welcoming. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend

Definitely location was great for me, decor was lovely, great enormous telly, comfy and very clean room

One wall adjoining the next room was obviously a plaster board wall with no sound proofing, when next room used there shower it sounded like two elephants were mating noisy at 11-12 pm, also when the flushed their toilet it sounded like a flood was coming down between the walls. Maybe just me as a light sleeper but there was a battery clock on the wall right by the bed and in the quiet of nite I was kept awake by its tick, tick, tick, had thought about taking out its battery

The property was very spacious and extremely clean with modern furnishings.

Modern, clean and so easily accessible, close to station, bus stop and restaurants. We have stayed a couple of times, perfect place to relax after a hard day

Nothing if I’m honest

The rooms were lovely and clean .. just a little smaller than we are used to here in NZ. But overall very happy for the one night stay.

Stairs up to the rooms from the footpath were a struggle with luggage and partially blind family member .. but we got there. No Parking Facility. Again an issue with luggage for an International Visitor .. did not want to leave anything in the car due to street parking being the closest, and we had some big cases. We were advised on booking docs ... so we managed.

We drive to the location which was is a very poor location…it was situated above a rough looking pub I didn’t want to leave my vehicle overnight there was nothing local to do and the near by hotel was dirty

Great inn, nice room, comfy bed, fab shower! We had an accident with the bathroom, David, the host, was so kind and gracious about it. Great location on the Broad. Nice walk to beach.

Everything very clean and comfortable. Especially the bed.

It was smaller than expected. Bathroom very small and there was nowhere to put all the cushions. Couldn't work the radiator so had to use the portable one.

The room was serviced and always kept tidy, great modern place for a relaxing stay, also amazing customer service, they go above and beyond to make your stay even more pleasant.

The room was spacious, very clean and elegant. Bed was v. comfortable, bathroom big with a lovely shower. Checking in and out was super easy. Highly recommended 👌

It's not soundproof so we were struggling with sleep at night as well as in the morning when other guests were leaving their rooms.
