Everything was great. Gary is very accommodating.

We were down for a convention at OCCC and this condo was an easy $8 Uber ride. Plus right out the front gate was a Publix as well as a great sushi spot and burger joint. Easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The condo provided the needed amenities for our stay. Check in and check out were also simple and easy. 5stars.

Close to attractions such as Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Disney. A shopping center with a grocery store, eateries and a gift shop is in walking distance. The place was clean and equipped with linens, cookware and dining utensils. A few bugs here and there, but hey its Florida. Would recommend to others.

We stayed at Vista Cay for our week long trip to visit the parks. The apartment was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Close enough to the parks without being in the crowd. We ate most of the meals at home and it was nice to have grocery store(Publix) just right outside the building and Dunkin’ Donuts as well!! Great communication from the owner. It had everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Will definitely choose to stay here on our next trip!

Everything was fantastic!! I would recommend this resort stay when vacationing in Orlando. Gary and staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The condo was the same as viewed online.

This was a perfect location for our basketball tournament at Orange County convention center. The kids enjoyed the amenities and were able to walk to restaurants and Publix. I would 100% stay here again.

The condo was as described in the listing. Communication with the property manager was great and one small issue was quickly resolved. Location was convenient to the theme parks, restaurants, grocery store, and other entertainment. We would stay here again.

I booked the 2 bed 2 bath villa and we couldnt have been more impressed. My kids loved having their own room and beds. They were desperate to get into the pool every night after visiting the parks. The property being walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants meant we didnt have to lug a weeks worth of groceries with us or spend time driving around looking for a store. During our "off" day the main pool wasnt open due to a pump problem but the pool right outside our unit still was so that was no issue either. Gary was responsive and active in reaching out, they care about their guests and their property and it shows! It's close to everything, we were at Universal within 15 minutes and Disney Springs in about 20. OH! And there's laundry in the unit so you dont have to play the "did I wear this and how gross is it?" game. Pros: Free parking, close to everything, perfect amount of space for a family of 4, 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen with everything you need, close to everything, caring property managers, pools, LAUNDRY. Cons: Ummm the thermostat clicked during the night and I'm a light sleeper and one time I had to re-enter the door code (I'm really stretching here for a con :-) )

Great property and location. Super clean, spacious townhome. Property is exactly as pictured. Check in process was smooth. Just drive right up to the townhome, enter the code, and you're in. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, especially Publix for occasional groceries. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Close proximity to the main swimming pool and activities.

There were a couple of minor issues(broken draw in bedside cabinet, broken iron(still working though) & door+screen didn't shut properly(1st floor)). Iron was replaced very quickly & I was advised that the other 2 issues would be rectified, but not until after I vacated. The property was ok, but felt a little bit old/tired. It was generally clean, but if you took a closer look, it really needed to have a proper clean-up(hair on shower wall etc). That all said, on the whole the property was fine.....

This townhouse was approximately 15 min from Disney parks and 10 min to Universal parks as well as being only a few blocks from a Walgreens, Publix and a few restaurants. The amenities in the neighbourhood were an awesome addition. We had a few issues when we first moved in but Gary took care of them immediately. Would highly recommend this place!

We stayed at the property for a Varsity cheer event at ESPN wide world of sports. Check in was easy and the condo was immaculate! Three big bedrooms great kitchen wonderful pool and fitness center. It was a 15-18 minute drive to all our locations and the airport. I would stay here again. Gary was super responsive!

The condo was very nice. Gary L. was wonderful to deal with. He called to see if everything was ok. If we needed something he had it there for us quickly. If we go back to that area we would stay there again.

My husband and I brought our granddaughter to Florida for Spring Break. We planned a trip to Universal to see Harry Potter World. This condo was a great find! The location is perfect, only 15 minutes from Universal. The condo was clean and quiet! Gary was very helpful in sending all the details we needed for our stay. Check in was a breeze! We did get a little turned around in the resort since it was late in the evening when we arrived. It was nice being able to unload our stuff directly in our condo, not worrying about elevators. The pool was great too! She loves to swim and so we spent the day after Universal relaxing in the pool! I would highly recommend this rental! I will definitely keep it on our list!
