Darling place! We stayed for the courthouse lighting and celebration. The cottage was so cozy and decorated for the holiday. Very easy walking distance to town. Bed was very comfortable and cottage was well appointed. Can’t wait to return Thank you!

We have 2 couples one of each celebrating birthdays. The house was great, the location was the bomb. Yard was great for our dog, he loved having the run of the yard to watch all the people out walking. Will be back!

This property is located near lots of the outdoor activities that Prescott has to offer. Allowing family pets was a welcoming bonus and all of the amenities that this property provides such as fenced yard, dog toy's, sanitary bags and dog dishes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our visit to Prescott!

Thank you for allowing us to check out at 1p instead of 10a on 7/01/22! Happy to wash the linens for you in lieu of late check out, per your request; fair trade. We sold our 2000 sq foot home in Phx, and are awaiting completion of a new build. I’ve been in ‘clean house mode’ over the past month, having to clean the home we sold. Helping you with washing linens is right up my alley. We’re probably not your typical guests, as we’re not here for fun in the sun. We got much rest which we needed badly. Wanted to provide feedback regarding your cute rental home. Showers: love the rain forest shower heads! And the water gets hot in seconds!! Couch: we placed sheets over the couch to be cooler. Sooo comfy!! My hubby slept on the couch 2 nights! Beds: we only slept on the one farthest from the front room. So comfortable! Slept great! Blinds: not all blinds were able to be open/closed properly. As you said “their cheap blinds from wal mart.” Outside Surroundings: 20 minutes after we arrived saw 2 deer within 30 feet of us!! That was magical! Saw a few other times. So peaceful and quiet. Neighbors waving hello. We felt safe. Location is amazing! Ate downtown numerous times! Fav breakfast place is BellCafe! Coffee Table: We thought the coffee table is not practical for the place. The table top is marble, pointy and bulky. A fur baby could hit their head and get injured. I hit my knee twice. Lol…something round and not as heavy maybe. Or even oval with no edging. Could free up a little more room for human and fur legs if was table downsized a bit. : ) Front Door Key Pad: Struggled with the key pad numerous times and the handles not firmly connected to the door. Very loose. Suggest replacing with a new key pad that is guest friendly and is securely fastened to the door. No Patio Covering: The rain is so lovely but you can’t sit outside under cover and enjoy it. No screen Doors either. Can’t open door to enjoy the rain. Adding a small awning even would be great. A/C: We used it a few times during the day. Works great!!! No Mat in Front of Either Door: Suggest placing a mat for guests to wipe feet. Otherwise debris from outside gets in. There’s no porch area for shoes so shoes need to be just inside the door and debris can get in. Creepy Crawlies: we killed a dozen spiders in 4 days. Ugh!!! Lol!! This was our home for 5 months while we looked for a home here in Yavapai County. We traveled cross country with 2 Cats and they were very happy to stay in one place for a while. We have family in the area and they loved to visit with our furry niece to play in the fenced yard and hang by the fire. The bean toss game was an added bonus. Our Hosts Lindy and Josiah were very reachable via app. We will certainly recommend this property for Pet parents. Another added Bonus walking distance to Prescott Center and all the hiking trails along Granite Creek.

We recently moved here from Massachusettts and needed a pet friendly home until we move into our new home. This property fit the bill perfectly. The Hosts Josiah and Lindy always at the ready for any questions or Concerns. The fenced in back yard is great for our furry nieces when they came to visit. Very clean, updated interior made for a very comfortable stay. The fire pit and bean toss added fun for the cool afternoon and nights.

We had a great time in Prescott. The house was perfect for our two little dogs. Great hosts, great location and great house.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prescott and look forward to next time! The property was extremely clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed and more. The owners have done an excellent job making it very comfortable for the guests and easy for the dogs. The backyard is fenced in and has enough room to throw a ball and let the dogs run around. Fire pit was nice as well as the patio area with the lights above. The Creek was dry so we didn't get to experience that aspect. The location is close enough to downtown that we were able to walk our dogs there easily. Be sure to check out Lazy G Brewhouse! It's very close to the property and was our favorite brewery for both food and beer--excellent!

we enjoyed a very comfortable stay with our dogs. The house had everything we needed and very clean. Nice decor. The fenced yard was so helpful , to allow our pups to enjoy the yard safely. The neighborhood was nice for walking and location was a short drive to downtown , hikes , lakes , restaurants etc.

It was obvious from the time we walked in the door that the hosts cared about their visitors experience. The home was very accommodating for our dog with special items like dog bowls, toys, treats, towels, blankets, and even a kennel you could use. The hosts thoughtfully furnished their home to be comfortable, light filled, and inviting for visitors. The yard is fenced. There was a fire pit and BBQ. The two bathrooms are remodeled nicely. The location is in a quiet, quasi- wooded area next to a creek and close to downtown Prescott. Staying here allowed us to really experience the area.

The home and was great with lots of cool looking decorative touches. Bathrooms were nicely updated and modern. Owners were very sweet and friendly and always ready to respond. Only thing I was not happy about when we arrived is the bedroom carpets were noticeably stained most likely from the dog friendly environment. No odor but not enticing. I mentioned it and they were quick to purchase a pet vac to use for the next time to take care of the problem and I am sure they did and enjoyed by the future guests. We accidently left 2 bottles of wine from a special winery and they so nicely brought it to our friends house nearby for us. All and all we had a great time and Prescott offers so much to see and do.

The attention to detail with this property is what makes it unique - from the chalkboard with your name on it when you get there to the dog-themed coffee mugs in the cabinet!! Cute comfy house with nice hot water showers and a kitchen with tools proper for cooking. The communication with the host was prompt and easy and they are super friendly! One small note - the guest bed mattress is a little old and dips in the middle, so those with back troubles should use the master bed. Al in all, a very comfy place that is conveniently located and we'd love to come back again. Thank you for having us!

We stayed to tour Embry Riddle and have a short family vacation with our dog. The house was perfect, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our dog loved it too!

It was very easy contacting the owners. The home was very clean plus comfortable and in quiet a neighborhood. The outside property was perfect plus the backyard and driveway was fenced in so it was great for our dog to have some freedom. I’ll definitely stay there again with my family.
