The place was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our family vacation to FL. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Excellent property. We love the amenities and Vista Cay. Location is very convenient to Univeral and Disney. Everything we needed was supplied in the unit. Excellent communication from property manager made check-in, check-out, and everything about our stay easy.

Property was exactly what our family needed for a 2 day Disney pass. Convenient to restaurant and parks and the condo was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Gary was an excellent communicator, making check-in and check-out as smooth as possible. He even took care of ordering and having a stroller delivered for the week. The kids loved the convenience of the pool and arcade right next door.
We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was very close to the pool and clubhouse. It is an easy walk to Walgreen’s and Publix. The pool area and restrooms were very clean. The bar/restaurant staff was helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained and our condo was clean and spacious. Our host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was also stocked with all of the kitchen supplies needed to cook and eat in. We can’t think of anything but positive things to say and we would most definitely stay in this condo and at Vista Kay again!

We just loved this Condo. Much bigger than we expected, very comfortable! GREAT location to everything we wanted to do, mostly Universal Studios. Great communication with property owner/mgmt team! Would definitely stay again!!

The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, very clean and had a nice view. The book of instructions on coffee table answers all your questions which was a great help. Easy access to Convention Center, Sea World, Universal, Disney, and many other places. 40 minutes to Orlando Wetlands which is a must see for nature lovers. We'd definitely stay there again.

My brothers and I get together for a vacation retreat every year and last year we stayed in Vista Cay Resort and this 2023 we repeated for the location less traffic but close to main attractions. The Condominium was just like pictured on VRBO. The host Gary was very helpful, he even called me to made sure my check in was a breeze and also emailed. Everything was a great success and I would book this unit again.

Spacious, clean and great location both within the resort and in Orlando. We were minutes from lots of restaurants and within the resort, right next to the pool and clubhouse. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this location. So close to the clubhouse and lake path. The place was beautiful, spacious, super clean, and great view. Highly recommended.
We had a rental car, but Uber to and from the convention centre was very fast and convenient - less than $10 each way. Parking was over $20 at our event.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the condo was an excellent condition and very roomy. The pool was great in the location of the resort is perfect. We had a great time actually going back at the end of October 2023.

We visited Orlando for a competition at the Convention Center and the location was perfect! So many things to do in that area... and the apt is incredible, very spacious (pictures are exactly what you will get!), fully stocked kitchen and every room was clean and ready for us - with all the comforts of home. The beds were so comfortable - the apt is a VERY short walk to the main pool area and it was so nice to sit by the pool and enjoy a drink from their poolside bar. We had a great time and we will definitely be back. Gary was great - checked in on our 1st day to make sure we arrived safely and then, simply said, let us know if you need us. So great to have that level of service. Great place - you will definitely want to stay here!

Condo is as advertised....great location right next to the pool, quiet building. Beds were comfy, and the living room furniture was very comfy for 4 of us to watch TV or sports when we had enough sun. Great communication with the property managers..would definitely go back!!

A quiet and gated community. Unit was spotless and was exactly like photos. Kitchen was well stocked. Large pool area and bar. Short drive to all theme parks. Gary checked on us to see if everything was good with our rental. I would definitely recommend Vista Cay. Can't wait to return.

First time staying at Vista Cay. It's a great place, the condo was great and is centrally located. We had a great time, so much we tried to stay an extra night. Didn't work out, but was worth the try.

Really enjoyed staying at Vista Cay. Pool was close to our unit which was great for my granddaughter. Close to Universal which the older kids enjoyed. Also went to ICON Park which is close by. Unit was very large and clean. Stocked with whatever we needed. Gary our host was a pleasure to work with and prompt in his replies to any of our questions and issues. Would definitely recommend.

This is our third time staying at Vista Cay Resort but the first time in this unit. Will DEFINITELY return. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, showers and water pressure were great. Greg, our host, was very accessible and accommodating.

We had a great time at Vista Cay. Our condo was very clean and spacious and was stocked with everything we needed to start our week out. The property was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and pool bar. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Perfect Stay
We stayed here for a tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Location was perfect, 2 minute drive to the OCCC. But still close enough to the parks. Well stocked kitchen so we didnt have to eat out much. We enjoyed the running walking patth around the lake, and the pool/fitness center is right out the back door. Gary and team had excellent communication and promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome condo
This condo is very spacious and clean. It is conveniently located near a good variety of dining, Disney and lots of shopping centers. We enjoyed the pool and views. We would definitely stay here again! Gary checked on us often and communication was very easy.

It's so close to the Universal parks, Top Golf, International Drive, a Publix, a Walgreens, nail salon, liquor store, etc. We would definitely return to Vista Cay and to this unit.

We are completely satisfied and more with this beautiful property!! Every room was spotless and clean. It was extremely spacious. The home is beautiful and had everything my family of 4 needed. Gary was extremely helpful with all questions and concerns. They worked with my tricky schedule as well!! Close and easy walk directly down to the pool. We even got to enjoy a DJ party down at the pool! Each bedroom was beautiful. Nice view of the water. The stores in the community entrance were very convenient. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area!!

The unit was just as described. We were very pleased with everything at Vista Cay and Gary was responsive and helpful in setting our reservation as well as during our stay. For our family of 5 we had more than enough room. This was my first experience personally using VRBO and it was a walk in the park.
