This home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything our group needed while we stayed. Our crew included 4 smaller children and 4 adults and we had more than enough space. The view of the mountain off the back deck was something we all enjoyed while sitting outside in the evenings. The location is great, you’re right by anything you need. If you’re looking to rent something you won’t be disappointed by… you’ve found it

The house is very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Our host Robert was in constant contact to make sure all was good through out our stay. The location is wonderful, and only minutes from all attractions, trails, and restaurants. Would highly recommend and the neighborhood is so quiet and relaxing.

stayed here with my family for two nights. The house is beautiful with gorgeous wood accents and beamed ceilings. Amazing views from the rear windows. Great back porch to sit on and watch the sunset over Soldiers Pass.
House is well stocked with supplies. Beds are very comfortable. Place was very clean. Parking passes are provided for the trailhead lots.
Will definitely stay here again.

Our family of five stayed at this beautiful home the day after we hiked out of Havasu Falls. This home was just what we were looking for to relax in Sedona. When we walked in, we immediately noticed the beautiful red rock views out of the living and kitchen areas. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, including welcome snacks. The house is beautifully decorated and the outdoor space was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying incredible views. The location is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. We appreciated the list of dining and hiking recommendations from the owner and used them to enjoy the Sedona area as first-time visitors. Robert is very responsive and answered all of our questions efficiently. If you are like me and spend an unnecessary amount of time researching every home rental trying to find the perfect one, there is no need to keep looking. Pick this one. You won’t regret it!

This property was well located, immaculate, in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very nicely decorated with comfortable ammentities, Although there were no concerns at all, the owner was very cordial and available. We will definitely return.

This warm and inviting home was perfect for our escape to magical Sedona. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds, kitchen amenities had everything we needed, and the location made every where we wanted to go just a short ride away. The house is beautifully decorated and the host was so gracious and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our stay on Roadrunner Rd. came complete with our own resident roadrunner—what could be more perfect than that and five days of breath taking scenery, sparkling clean accommodations and beautiful weather? We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to beautiful Sedona. Thank you for your attention to details and little extras that made our stay perfect!

The house was just fantastic. Clean comfortable WiFi TV all worked great. View out the back, we ate Steak dinner outside using the grill and kitchen. All good. Washer drier and appliance all clean and worked great. Allowed for good place to come and explore Sedona all day. Very close to everything. Love it. Thanks Robert for being great host. Suggestions all great

The property manager was communicative- checking in with us the first night. The home is in a wonderful location with spectacular views from the back porch. Everything is very well thought out with everything you could need provided. We had no problems at all during our stay. Just fyi the beds are soft for anyone who has back issues and the coffee machine is a drip coffee machine for those who bring their own coffee.

We loved everything about this place. Check in/out was super easy and seamless.Our host Robert checked in on us (via text) which was a nice gesture.Location was perfect for a quick walk down to a grocery store.The use of their Red Rock pass was SO appreciated and used!Small things - like having Himalayan salt in the cabinet was a treat. House was perfectly clean and well stocked.Incredibly quiet neighborhood - one Javelina strolled through the yard.Can't wait to return!

Great location and home. Had everything we needed. I like that it was a bit off from the center of town with less traffic to worry about. There was plumbing issue but appreciated the communication throughout (Things happen). Would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect location for our annual fall girls’ getaway! It was beautifully situated near downtown Sedona with spectacular views of the red rock mountains. The large back deck was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely remodeled home in west Sedona close to everything. The size of bedrooms with extra beds gave us a lot of flexibility for sleeping arrangements. Beds were very comfortable. Young family members enjoyed hiking, older family members also enjoyed sightseeing in beautiful Sedona. Owner was very helpful with recommendations and was excellent with all communications.

My family loved our time at this house! The view is absolutely gorgeous, even the pictures on the site don’t do it justice! I loved sipping my morning coffee while taking in the beauty of the Red Rocks! We even saw two javelinas in the backyard one morning and my children were fascinated! The house was very convenient to town and various trails, and the neighborhood was quiet. I loved the kitchen and we enjoyed meals as a family around the table. The home was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We appreciated that the owner reached out to ensure we were comfortable. We also appreciated the snacks and the Red Rock Pass that was available to use! We would definitely stay here again!

This property was a wonderful home base for our adventures in Sedona. It completely lives up to the pictures and description — the view of the mountains when you walk in the front door will leave you floored. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and filled with unique, upscale homes. Best of all, Robert was one of the best hosts we’ve ever interacted with. He provided the perfect recommendations for hiking, local eateries, and other attractions, catered to our young family. He was extremely friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again someday!
