We had about 14 family members staying in the property and it fit everyone decently well but not all had bathrooms attached or nearby. Some of the beds were very squeaky/loud and some furnishings were a quite rickety. Some rooms slept very hot at night while others were cold. It was also very echoey/loud with no carpeting/rug in the main area. The floors left everyone’s feet dirty so they could be cleaned. The pool area was beautiful and lots of time was spent out there. Owners were very communicative and nice. Check in and out was easy but the property could use some TLC.

Family get together

Everything was great! They are currently remodeling the upstairs deck . There is no doubt that it will also be great once complete. The property manager was excellent!!!! She was very helpful, kind and quick to respond. The pool and back yard was resort like and accommodated well!!! (Fire pit, pool, outside bar, propane grill, 2 gazebos, 12 lounge chairs and outdoor couches, basketball hoop) Lastly, the 9 bedrooms were nicely positioned throughout the house. We would highly recommend it to anyone vacationing with a large number of guests.

The good… plenty of space for a larger group. Pool was nice. The bad…. Older house. Looked newer on the pictures. Cleanliness was just ok. We needed to wipe down some areas. Overall grade C/C+

Family get together

We stayed for a moms/daughters trip and the house was great! Lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The pool was great too! The manager and owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect, many bedrooms. They were somewhat divided up and easy to have separate areas for the different families, a huge plus, and we used them all. We had an event in Tampa, and it’s within 30 minutes, very convenient, and it’s on a quiet road. The house manager, Kathy met us when we checked in to show us how to use the pool alarm, and did a great job to make our stay perfect. Communication was seamless, as was check in and check out. The house had 2 large tables which were perfec to feed our group. The seating area by the tv was large, but we grabbed a few chairs from outside to make it work better for us. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, and cups, many plastic, so they can be used at the pool. No spices, but I had brought my own. And the pool was a home run for all. It had a large shelf, so the younger ones could enjoy it also. The 2 gazebos were great to get out of the sun.

The house was very nice with lots of parking & close to everything we needed. The pool & outside was our main hangout! Beautiful! The host was quick to answer questions & even found us another coffeemaker on Thanksgiving morning! Our only issue: Not enough bath towels & no kitchen towels.

We had a great time here with a perfect set up for a group! Pool was amazing and having all the bedrooms/bathrooms was a big plus! Great communication as well. Much appreciated!

The property was large and accommodating. A short drive from everything we wanted to do. And we love the pool.

Thank you for opening your home to us! Three generations felt right at home! Plenty of space and we were within a 30 minute drive to all the fun attractions- Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, The Florida Aquarium. It was a great way for our family to reconnect!

Great location, great amenities, the communication between the owners of the property and us was on point!

Our family of 17 stayed for a week at Pete’s Place and had a wonderful time. We spent a lot of time hanging out and enjoying the pool and creating great memories. We visited a few local spots but spent the majority of our time preparing meals together, playing games and swimming. The time we spent together was priceless!

The location was great & the kids loved the pool. Very great experience I would do it again!

Had a great stay here with about 20 people. The place was very clean and communication with the hosts was seamless, checkin/checkout was easy. Pros - The outdoor space was incredible. Large pool that was heated at night in a big, well-landscaped backyard with plenty of furniture. That is in addition to a large side patio with tables and a driveway in the front with a basketball hoop. - The house was fairly secluded, but the neighbors were very friendly when we did interact with them. Cons - Not the most spacious inside despite having 9 bedrooms. But the photos on the listing definitely represented the space well, so there were no surprises there. - A little bit far from downtown Tampa and Ybor City Overall, the listing accurately represented the property - would definitely stay here again if I visit the Tampa area!

Had 10 guys staying at the house for our annual golf trip. Great space to spread out. Pool was beautiful. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

This is really setup as a place to host a large group. Lot’s of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and you had everything you need. It is a bit out of the way but we were able to Uber to nearby golf courses and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We all loved the backyard it was like a little oasis. The one negative was very dirty. Floors looked like they were never cleaned. We had little kids and we couldn't have them walk barefoot. Other than that the house is very spacious plenty of space. And that backyard is amazing!!!

We had a large group from our wedding party staying there. Everything was fantastic! Any questions or requests were addressed immediately. Kathy was great. Check in and out process was a breeze. Property was beautiful and I got some great pre wedding photos by the pool.
