This is the second time we've stayed at Just Beachy. Our family loves the house and the location! The house decorations are great! Love the crabs!! There are multiple decks to choose from for relaxation. The beach is a very short walk. We will definitely stay at Just Beachy again!!

We’d just finished unpacking the car when we noticed an issue with the home (water leak from big rain storm). We were unable to stay at this home due to repair work that needed to be done, but the property manager was able to relocate us to a different home in the same neighborhood so we could continue our vacation! Grateful for their flexibility and quick work to find room for our group of 7!

2 friends and I took my daughter and 6 friends for a 16th birthday girls' weekend. This house was perfect! The best part was that all 7 of them fit in the bunk room together. The primary bedroom was large - plenty of floor space for an air mattress, if necessary. The multiple wraparound porches were also so fun and relaxing. The walk to the beach was super easy. We can't say enough good things about this property, and we will definitely book again.

We stayed here and loved it so we did it again this year! Great, clean house with perfect location to beach!

The house was clean and perfect for our mini getaway with some family friends. The kids loved the triple bunk bed and the we all loved the storm shutters keeping it dark and letting us sleep in! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. It was a really quick walk to the beach which was awesome! Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely look to stay here again!

We had a great Easter weekend, even though the weather was awful! The house was spotless and comfortable which we really appreciated since we were indoors quite a bit, so much room and lots of seating for games and cooking. We also appreciated the kitchen was well stocked with equipment needed to cook. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds is perfect for small children and can sleep 6, however, definitely not made for adults. The beach is so close it would have been perfect with better weather although the kids enjoyed the surfing.

There were 6 kids and two adults and we had plenty of space. The upstairs was so spacious and the bunk bed were perfect for the kids. The location to the beach was within walking distance. We took truck and set stuff up but we’re close enough to walk and get lunch and have restroom breaks. The king bed in the master was super comfortable and both sides adjusted for individual sleep needs. The shutters were the best! We could put them down so everyone was able to sleep in a little after staying up late. Need those in every place I stay! :) Super great place, would stay again and recommend to others!

We had a fantastic time at Just Beachy! There is lots of room, and the deck outside the master bedroom is very nice! It is short walk to the beach.

This house was so beautiful! Loved how close it was to the beach and had enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably.

The house was very clean with everything working properly. Its about 5 houses away from the beach but sitting out on the balcony you can hear and see the beach just fine.

Place was clean and has everything you will need to feel at home. Kathy was a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions asap.

This house was perfect for our large family of different ages! Great location, quiet neighborhood and lots of space. It is just a short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was great to rinse off. They had boogie boards, kids sand toys, chairs and other things there that we were able to use. The house is equipped with everything you need including towels, extra pillows and blankets. I loved how the home had different levels which did help in putting children to bed while we stayed up in the living room and kitchen area. I wish I would have brought a baby gate-if you have small children that would be a must. We blocked off the area with our ice chests, but a baby gate would have been perfect had we thought about it. There was also a small open spot on the deck outside of the living area (right outside the door)that we had to block off for our littles but not a huge deal. The master bedroom has THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed I have ever slept in. It has the dual remotes to raise or lower your head and feet. I have asked for the name of the mattress so I can buy one! They have cable , but if you have littles or like your smart tv I would recommend bringing your Roku or fire stick. I brought our fire stick which was nice to watch our favorite shows and also for the kids . Overall, we had a great family vacation and would definitely stay in this house again! Mgmt had excellent communication and was very responsive with all my questions before the trip.

The location of this property is fantastic, as are the beautiful sunset views! Although we did have a couple of issues during our stay, the responsiveness to address our issues was terrific. Owner and management were very concerned and involved and addressed our questions promptly.

House was perfect for our family. Beautiful windows and decks with view of the beach. Want to stay there again.

Our family comes to Galveston each summer. We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and the commute to the beach is very short and easy. The kitchen is well stocked and we found everything that we needed to cook our daily meals. The ice maker in the fridge does not work but a bag of ice was in the freezer upon our arrival. We loved the opportunity to dine outside on the deck as well as enjoy morning coffee taking in the views of the water. The beds were comfortable....only children should sleep in the bunk room.... My only recommendation would be to give some attention to the vents in the house. Both cold air return and output vents needs cleaning. Overall we very much recommend this house with all of its space to spread out and enjoy the space both inside and out.

We loved this beach house! Great place to stay with everything you need. The location was perfect for an infant as well, as the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. We can’t wait to stay again one day!

What a wonderful time we had at Just Beachy Memorial day weekend! Very CLEAN home which was very important to us. We actually couldn't believe how clean it was :) They had everything we needed and comfortable beds. Very quick walk to the beach which was so convenient! Would definitely stay at this home again!

I got the hotel room for my family and my son for his prom weekend we had A-blast everything was exceptional‼️

This is a great place for a beach getaway! So close to the beach. Lots of space on the two decks to enjoy the ocean air. The teenaged girls loved having the bunk room to themselves and there were additional rooms for the adults. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The house was airy, clean, and well stocked with toiletries and cleaning agents. Checking in was easy and we appreciate the flexibility. There are some nice board games. We enjoyed the Scrabbles and Twisters. Thank you so much for a nice vacation.

What a beautiful house. This was the perfect retreat for 10 ladies to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Safe, quiet community, walking distance from the beach and close enough to town so we could enjoy the wonderful restaurants and activities Galveston has to offer. This was our first experience renting a house on line. Communication from the host was awesome and the check in went as planned. Our family and grandkids had a great weekend. The kids loved the bunk beds and we certainly loved the master bed. I had back surgery recently and was concerned; however the master bed was perfect and the ability to adjust it made it so much better. It really was as good as our bed at home. Everything was perfect. Thanks

We brought 6 teenage boys to the beach for a weekend bible retreat and it was a great spot for this. The bunk room was perfect - all the guys were able to sleep in the same room. 2.5 baths was helpful as well. Plent of deck space, very comfortable beds, great open kitchen / living on top floor and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Kitchen had what we needed and soap, tp, trash bags, etc. were all stocked. Would recommend to friends.
