Perfect house to celebrate our daughter's graduation! Hosts are attentive to detail and communicate well. Fire pit, grill, beach toys, games and swings (indoor and outdoor) along with pleasing decor are extras that make this rental stand out. Easily fits 4-5 guest cars. Would rent again if we return to Folly in the future.

The treehouse was a perfect retreat for our family! There was plenty of room for all us to be together and also have the space for some quiet time if needed. The boho theme was charming and the feeling of being in a treehouse put us all in a great frame of mind. Great vacation and great vacation home!

This was a great house! If you’re staying on Folly, I would definitely recommend. Close proximity, nice bike ride to shops or the lighthouse in the other direction. My two favorite things about this house was that it was very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very relaxing stay. The owners were also very nice and easy to work with.

Loved the location, the best part of the beach. This house worked perfectly for all of us. We had three different groups and had plenty of space.

We so enjoyed our time at the Boho retreat. The beds are super comfortable; the main living area is inviting. The outdoor space offers so many options. We spent many hours reading in the yard on comfortable Adirondack chairs or on the side porch. Also had wonderful meals on the screened porch which is a nice addition. Access to the beach is just across the street! The third floor guest suite is a wonderful options for visitors too. Look forward to returning in January for a month. Ellen & Michael

My wife was born and raised in Charleston, as was her mother, her grandmother, and even great grandmother and she has been coming to Folly since she was born, just as her mother had. So, we have been bringing our children to Folly for 25 years and this was the best place we have stayed in all that time. It is not front beach, which we did miss, but it is a great location close to the washout, the house is well laid out, comfortable, well appointed, clean, and most important to us, it has a good kitchen and grill as we prepare all our meals with seafood from Crosby's and produce from the farmer's market in Charleston. It is bright, airy, and easily accomodated 6+ dpending on who we had stopping by. We hope to book again next year and highly recommend it.

Absolutely great property and location right across from the beach access for our two week stay at Folly. My two year son, wife, mom and dogs all stayed with more than enough space. The owners were fantastic in checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back!

My family spent a Sat-Weds in the Tree House and had the best experience from check in to check out. The open living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and accommodating, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. The house and all the different features made the stay a truly perfect experience. I would usually find at least one thing to complain about, but I can't this time, because the house was so convenient to the beach, yet not around the traffic areas of Folly Beach and everyone in my family loved it. The beach was non-crowded, the water was warm and the waves were fun. WE would all recommend this house for a great location, great space and amenities, and all around coolness. We didn't need to contact anyone for problems at all, because everything was actually perfect. THANK YOU!!! Inkular Approved!

This has been the most wonderful vacation we have ever taken as a family. The house is lovely , the location is perfect just a short walk to the beach. The host was great too. Really can’t thank them enough!

We stayed here during my sons spring break from high school. The place is perfect. Clean, cute, well-stocked, and just extremely nice. The beds were amazing. Quite literally, every detail is attended to, and we would love to come back again. A great house.

Can’t say enough about our time in Folly! House was wonderful, and in such a great location, super close to the beach, Charleston, etc. The hosts were so welcoming, very attentive and connected us with a local chef who’s meals took our vacation up a notch! Already planning our next visit!

There was also a bonus fire pit with beautiful marsh views. We rented a golf cart which we used daily for trips to Bert’s – a wonderful convenience store down the street. If you don't catch waves yourself, but love to watch the action or just enjoy the beach, this is the perfect spot. Home is lovely, and the beach is within earshot! Owner was immediately responsive to any questions whether it was about the home, where to buy food, where to eat. She even dropped off popsicles for our granddaughter. A great stay from start to finish.

We had a great stay! The property is fully outfitted with everything you'll need. It's just a short walk to the beach. And the owners were so hospitable and easy to work with. We can't wait to stay again!

The screened porch is a great hangout zone too. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Short walk to beach and it was fun to rent bikes and a golf cart from town.

Had a great February stay! Short walk to beach access in a very well appointed house. We absolutely loved it l.
