Absolutely nothing,never saw so many crack heads in my life,the front desk manager had girls in the office putting her clothes on before he came to the window, there were roaches in the room

Absolutely horrible

The lady who checked us in was professional, patient, and nice. The lady who checked us out was nice and quick.

Everything else! The booking description was all wrong. No terrace, no sitting area, no box spring on the bed, no blanket, no towels. No phone, no hair dryer, no place to hang clothes. The place reeked of dog piss and cannabis. There where signs telling you to not put large trash in the trash cans by the parking lot or you would be fined. The staff just repeated themselves with a strong no when you would ask for assistance. But there was signage to not use harsh language with the staff or police would be called, but it was like they were trying to push until you did it. There were roaches ( little invasive German ones, not outside ones). The place was gross, smelled bad, and was absolutely awful. The booking also said no payment until stay and free cancellation, however I was charged for the first night as soon as I booked the rooms. I was told we could have two rooms next to each other . I could clearly see that the room next to me was what we needed by it they separated our rooms. I'm pretty sure it's because they use that room for their bogus booking listings because you could.see that it was a much better room. I overlooked that issue with being charged at booking and gave the opportunity for redemption but was severely disappointed. It was definitely a bummer to a vacation we worked really hard for. Not to mention my children seem to be sick from the moisture in the room also. Because of the issue I will think twice before I even use booking.com again since they are ok with all the lies.

I didn’t like anything. This hotel is a joke. It had roaches which I had to step on so they couldn’t get to the bed or my belongings. They had dirty towels no curtains on the windows, some of the rooms didn’t have the latch not very safe. And it seemed like was a drug spot people coming in and out in the middle of the night. Very ghetto. Pictures on the website are deceiving to the worse. The television didn’t work when questioned the front desk said they were waiting on spectrum to come fix the internet but my nephews tv worked with cable. They never came to bring us clean towels, which resulted in me going to Walmart to buy towels. I felt very unsafe that I had to carry with my luggage where ever I went. I feel that if booking.com is promoting them this hotel should be investigated. They are making booking.com look really bad for promoting false information and pictures of this particular hotel. I don’t think I will never use booking.com again since I feel it’s scam. They refused to refund me for all of my inconvenience and when I tried calling other hotel they had no rooms so I had to suffer thru my birthday weekend.

It was a cute hotel with very friendly staff.

I was charged a deposit when I arrived and it was never returned. I called a few times and was told it would be put back but they never did.

I did not like how they charged me 3 times for 1 room. I did not like how I had to sign a form stating I would not sell drugs on their property. I did not like how I never received my money back.

The place is a dump, homeless people, garbage allover the place, people smoking weed, police tape around the pool and around some rooms. It was very scary.

There were no towels or wash clothes. Water pressure was poor, dirty rag still in the hotel from last guests, bedding had burn stains and were not clean, room had an odor. Appliances did not work.

Everything . The room was changed from a 1 bed to a 2 when I got there . The room was the worst room I ever stayed in . It was disgusting . And it smelled . The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way . The blankets had cigarette holes in them . The outside of the mini fridge was more rust than anything . And there was a giant hole in the bathroom wall . I could hear the neighboring room very loud as well as the room above me . There were ppl sitting outside of their rooms who appeared to be long term residents that were smoking weed . I will never stay in this hotel again .

if I could of gotten a refund I would of insisted on it. I realize it was a affordable hotel so I wasn’t expecting the best but this hotel was old very dirty with stains on the sheets I brought a blanket from home I laid on so I didn’t have to touch the bed. the smell was horrible there wasn’t supposed to be any dogs I seen four. the room beside and another customer got in a fight for several hours in the late night. there were bugs in the cupboard . no remote for the tv. I would rather sleep in my car then ever go here again. you’d have to pay me to stay at this hotel.

The bed looked as though it wasn't changed it had blood stains on it. The room smelled like mold.And the bathroom was very dirty and it was outdated. The young man at the front desk was very polite and apoligized

The room was very out-dated and smelled very bad. And my skin has a rash on it from the dirty sheets.

The location was great.

The dirty rooms, the closed unaccommodating lobby and staff didn’t make sure I had clean towels, a roof that didn’t leak, or a refund for my stay after traveling for my father in laws funeral. On top of that, a spring stuck out of my mattress in my side.

The homeless population living there. The anomia smell in the room. Holes in my wall. No TV remote. Fights outside. Oh and I got tore up by bed bugs.

Actually I could like to have my money back. The fact I went there is nobody in the front desk and I’ve been confirming by security guard there is nobody during in the front desk during 11pm to 8am and I’ve to book another hotel
