Staff was friendly and room clean.

Your hotel description stated breakfast provided and one of the main reasons we booked your place. Staff said no breakfast since COVID. We were disappointed and suggest you delete that from your hotel advertisement

Clean and comfortable beds. The suite with full kitchen and sofa bed is more comfortable for longer stay.

Kitchens are not well equipped. One room had one fork, one spoon, one mug, even though it was two guests. They don't have pots which is the whole point of having a full kitchen for a long stay. Otherwise, there's no point in staying here. When you ask for pots at the front desk they never have any. I asked four times. Was given 2 dirty pans in one room and only 1 small pot in the second room when I moved. The staff could care less. They look like they would rather be stabbing themselves with a fork rather than work there. One cleaning lady looked suicidal. One was pleasant and cordial. People hardly greet or smile at one another. It's a depressing place. Curtains and rugs are super old and dirty. The key cards stop working every after one use. You have to go to the front every other time to get them reset. The side door doesn't lock. What is the point of key cards? Some channels stopped working. Super overpriced. Only stayed here because I had no choice. It's a last resort place.

Our bed/pillows were extremely comfortable! We had great space and the AC was wonderful. Great location in terms of getting to the airport early the next morning. We would definitely do an overnight stay again.

The smell was odd, and the elevator was a bit sketch. They are doing renovations and had posted about it but I felt the entire facility could benefit from being aired out and maybe enforcing the no smoking (more weed smell than anything else).

Booking.com did a poor job. It mentioned that there would be complimentary breakfast but we found our that hotel is no longer offering breakfast. I feel like half of the price is wasted.

the lobby was dirty. let’s just say nothing like the pictures advertising. we were told there would be a grab an go breakfast but when we got there early in the morning there was nothing at all.

There was no breakfast, only coffee. And the hall on the third floor smelled like marijuana

first night had to change rooms due to bug. next day got up no air let staff know at 8am air didn’t get fixed till 1:30pm

I didn’t like anything about this property.

it was dirty, the employees were not attentive, the shower broke and water was running all night so I couldn’t take a shower because the temperature was scolding hot and I couldn’t adjust it. We told the staff that this was happening at 7:3pm and when we checked out the next day at 8am it was still running. The sofa bed was filthy, the whole building smelled like cigarettes, doors were filthy, the whole place was disgusting. Thankfully we were there for just one night. Also, they say have breakfast and that’s a lie but it doesn’t matter because I wouldn’t eat anything they served.
