Well appointed large apartment right in the heart of St Ives with ample room for 2 large suitcases. The bathroom looks newly renovated and has a large bath and 2 sinks (bonus points). The only difficulty is finding the door - there should be a mention that it is up a short flight of stairs at the rear of the restaurant. I walked around twice before finding it. Once you find the door, the apartment is up a flight of stairs. Unsuitable for those that find it difficult to carry heavy bags. The parking is a distance away (all parking on the area is) but easy enough to get to if you follow the directions provided

St Ives itself is very crowded and geared for tourists - needed to book tables for most restaurants. This is not a reflection on the property, more of an observation of how too much tourism can affect a lovely destination

Absolutely stunning studio apartment with fabulous harbour views. The studio was immaculate and comfortable with all essential equipment needed to self cater. However, there’s so many lovely cafes and restaurants nearby why bother cooking! You can even get a take away breakfast in a box! I would highly recommend this studio apartment. Perfect for solo travellers and couples.

Location was excellent making the apartment an ideal choice. Very easy to obtain the keys and company provided all of the information needed ahead of time. Stunning views. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Coffee machine added a nice touch. Bathroom was lovely. All in all a great trip and I would definitely consider this apartment again.

Although the apartment was clean overall, it was quite dusty in places, ie. skirting boards, fan and small table surfaces, and I don’t think a clean had taken place ahead of our arrival.
