It's like an apartment almost but so close to everything. It's quiet and away from all the crazy of Vegas, but so close that when you want to be downtown you are there in 5 minutes. Perfect! The owners are amazing!

Wonderful views towards the strip. Short walk to seems like everything. Extremely quiet place to stay, not once did I feel like I was staying in a hotel with all the loud late night traffic. Highly recommend this stay here. Don’t pay all the fees at big resorts. Keep that money for your bets to win back!!

Room is clean and comfortable. We had very little disturbance once we closed the hall doors at night. Convenient location if you use the hallways to MGM Grand. The jacuzzi tub was a great relief from all the walking we did on the strip. Staff is super friendly. The tower is closest to the Uber/rideshare point. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing stay in this condo! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Property manager was great with communication. The location can’t be beat with just a short walk to the Las Vegas Strip!

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to have small kitchen set-up with stove microwave, small coffee maker and fridge. Owners were always available when I messaged them. Clean, comfortable and easy access to the MGM, Monorail and surrounding areas. Will definitely stay again.

We loved staying at the MGM Signature, and this property is well appointment, spacious, great view and pools are fantastic. Very nice to have access to all of MGM pools, especially loved the lazy river. Thank you! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our Vegas stay. Wonderful suite, property, staff and host! The suite was perfect for us comfortable, spacious, clean and the balcony was a huge bonus. The property is terrific and the pools are very nice. It is a great location and is within walking distance of almost everything. Our hosts Joe and Debora were very attentive and helpful. Thank you. Overall a great experience.

Overall 5/5. The only complaints I would have would be the garbage situation (we stayed almost a week), short stays would be fine. Also, just a suggestion maybe a Swiffer in the closest, so if a guest wanted to they could clean the floor without having to call on the outside cleaning staff.

His emails were set up to be delivered on time for simple communication purposes, but when I asked about how I didn't have any "extra" guests and why I was still being charged an extra guest fee, he never replied and he still hasn't. Not great service, but the room was fine.

Very nice unit. Very clean. The view is absolutely 💯 👌. Pool is very nice. No kids that was a huge plus. I'm excited for my next stay soon.

My friend and I loved the suite. It had the best views of the strip from the 15th floor and it was very clean & comfortable. Thank you Mrs.Debra & Mr.Joe for make sure everything went smoothly.

The space was as advertised

I came for a business conference and this room was in the same complex as the conference. Room was clean and tidy. The tile in the shower needs some work, but otherwise everything worked well. Internet was solid, checkin was easy, comfortable bed. I didn't need anything during my stay, but felt like it would be easy to get help if I did need something. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it felt like a luxury condo. It was so nice being in a non-smoking hotel, yet it was so close to everything. We were able to catch a ride share easily or just walk.

Very smooth check in process. Valet services awesome. Great location. Quiet. Pool had food and cocktail services. Close to mgm lobby for gambling restaurants stores spas etc. Loved Loved Loved it!

It was my husband and I’s first time at Vegas and it was amazing! The room was clean and well prepared, have an amazing balcony view, the jacuzzi was nice, close to the strip and just a few steps is MGM grand! We had a 6+ star stay in this property! Would highly recommend!

Joe and Deborah are fantastic hosts wirh several options for properties. We chose the one that best suited our needs. It was hot during our stay and we appreciated the Balcony in the evenings as well as the tinted windows really blocks out heat during the day. There is of course, A/C as well. The kitchen has a counter, sink, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, a microwave, coffee pot and blender... mixing bowls, etc., we were able to save a ton of money and eat healthier by making our own meals. (Instacart, etc., delivers to the Hotel Lobby, you need a bell man if you want to use the cart to bring stuff up to your room). The beds are comfy and there were more than enough towels, toilet paper, dish soap for our stay. Whenever we needed something (an extra blanket), we simply messaged our hosts and it appeared soon after. Highly recommend!.

My husband and I were looking for the perfect location on the strip to celebrate our 40th Anniversary & Father's Day... Enter Signature Tower 1 on the 16th Floor with a balcony overlooking the strip. It has a jacuzzi that is super sized and works perfectly. I also rented Joe's 15th floor suite, for my daughter to stay in. The rooms were both conveniently located by the elevators/ice machine which was an added bonus!! I highly recommend renting a Pool Cabana, with a TV & Refrigerator And you can bring your own food and drinks in before 11am. There's a huge hot tub separate from the pool. I will definitely be staying at one of Joe's suites in the future. ☆☆☆☆☆

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this unit. It was very clean, wonderful views from the balcony, and the check in/out process is a breeze. We’ve stayed at the signature before, and love it because of the spacious rooms and proximity to all the amenities of the MGM grand. Joe’s unit is 5 star, would definitely recommend. Communication with Joe was fantastic. I would not hesitate to book this unit again next time I return to Vegas.
