Perfect location. Clean, beautiful, great amenities. Safe. Parking! 15 second walk to beach. < 1000 feet to restaurants, market. Owner was very attentive. Hope to come back soon.

When searching for a place to stay I came across this property and I thought it was too good to be true - especially for the location just steps to the beach. We decided to try it and were very happy with the choice. I needed to message the property owner and Jay was available, very communicative and accommodating. When we entered the condo we were happy to have aesthetically pleasing decorations with updated kitchen and bath PLUS comfy furniture with all kitchen supplies in a high tech environment. It’s exactly as pictured. You can also catch a glimpse of the ocean waves while enjoying yourself eating on the patio just as the picture shows. There are beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, and sand buckets for the kids downstairs. There is a steakhouse/bar on one side of the property and a great little brunch restaurant on the other. If you’re looking for a stay very close to the beach (literally steps) then grab this place if it’s available. Not only will you not regret it, you’ll thoroughly enjoy it!

Excellent location on Mission Beach. Loved our walks on the boardwalk and to several fun restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was outstanding! Our daughter chose SDSU this weekend, so we will be renting again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment updated with a modern style and was very close to the beach, and within walking distance from many great restaurants. My husband especially loved the bidet! Jay provided clear instructions on access to his place, parking, etc and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This property is very updated, 30 steps to the beach or less, and easy to get to everywhere! Close to great places to eat, shop or relax. The mattress was so comfortable and this unit has everything you need including a grill. We highly recommend this unit it was PERFECT!!!

This place was amazing to stay at as a couple and friends. We loved walking to the beach everyday and also walking to the many bars around. Jay is very communicative and attentive and able to reply fast and help with whatever is needed. Great place for a short beach vacation!

This condo is well-advertised and very clean. Owner, Jay is attentive to the tenants and always available to call. We had an unusual issue (unrelated to the condo) come up and Jay was immediately there to help us out. Would recommend staying here anytime!

Jays place is between the ocean and the bay with lots of places to eat, cute shops, surf/skate/bike rentals, everything you need within a 1/2 mile. The building is safe, secure and there is a parking spot!!! My family and I loved our time at the beach!!

This was a great little condo that accommodated to our family needs. Very affordable, quiet, and just steps to the beach. Loved the little balcony also with just a slight view of the water. Jay was very responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely hope to get this place again the future.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and the location was perfect. We were only steps from the beach and just few more steps in the other direction to reach the bay. In addition, there is a market, coffee shop, and multiple restaurants within a short walking as well. And the secure underground parking was a nice perk too.
