We tried to reach out to the owners multiple times with no response. We wanted to spend the weekend fishing on our boat. We were never told that you can’t use the boat slip and will have no where to park our boat and boat trailer. Security threatened to have it towed. We would not have booked had we known this. Our stay was full of frustration and we almost just packed up and left. As far as the townhouse, it was cute and had a nice sized kitchen. However, the carpet upstairs was gross and there was a strong odor. We bought a plug in to try to mask the smell. Due to the lack of communication and frustration we will never book again.

Like that the pool was feet away and house was nicely furnished and clean. The view was very nice from the balconies. We would definitely come back.

The house was nice but needs some repairs

After we paid $700.00 extra, we were no longer a fire hazard. The house was excellent! Beautiful location on the golf course property.

My family stayed there Myself, my husband, our 3 kids (3,7,8), and my sister in-law. It was a great comfortable stay. We took full advantage of using the pools. The people who lived in the community were super friendly. I would stay there again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time!

There are allot of us. My husband and I plus 8 children, age ranges 17 to 6. We loved this place. It’s actually pretty private. It was very clean. I loved that checking in was so easy & accommodating. It was the perfect size for us all. We loaded up on groceries at the HEB and ate breakfast and what I call my children’s dinner after dinner, at the place and spent the entire day on the island. It takes about ten minutes to get to the island. We had an absolute blast. The pool really is steps away and so nice. My kids enjoyed it. I love the big tub! It’s perfect to relax in after swimming! My husband and I loved the upstairs balcony, we were able to just relax at the end of night & enjoy wine. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the convenience of the location and the neighbors we met were all so friendly! The golf course restaurant has really good food too! My only complaint was that they were still cleaning the property when we arrived at our 4:00pm check in. They were about 20 mins late and we had drove over 8 hours to get there so we were all ready to get settled in. So I spoke with them and they gave us a gift card to the restaurant at the golf course to make up for it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
