We had a fantastic vacation with our young adult children and their SOs. The condo has everything you need including plenty of space. The beach can’t be beat! The location is wonderful! Fabulous owners! Just lovely in every way!

First off, Heather was amazing to deal with. From day one, she was so helpful and made everything almost to easy to be true. She gave us her drivers name to drive us around, but I gave in and took the first taxi that was offered to me upon arrival. (We did get him to take us back to airport when leaving, and I highly suggest using him!) We didn’t need a taxi during the vacation, everything we needed was within walking distance. Camana Bay restaurants are only a 10 minute walk, as well as other local restaurants. Perfectly located condo. Grocery store is maybe an 8 minute walk. The beach was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We didn’t need much, because there was never more than 3 families out there at a time. The morning walks on the beach are unbeatable. The further north you go on 7 mile from the condo, the busier it gets. This place is absolutely the perfect location. Water was clear and we spent endless hours snorkeling and paddle boarding and just lounging in the water. Now, the condo itself, I don’t know how to describe, other than perfectly amazing! It is huge! The screened in balcony was a major hangout for all of us. Plenty of seating, and what a view of the beach, ocean and sunset! The bathrooms are HUGE! Kitchen was FULLY stocked and the kitchen table was big enough plus some! (We lost my dad, and I wanted to take my mom somewhere nice, and at 73, she said she has never been anywhere that matches this). We WILL be back, thank you Heather!!!

The location, facilities & view from our unit were superb. Our favorite place was the screened in porch where we enjoyed every meal, the cooling fans & lounging with cocktails as the sun set. The beach was beautifully maintained & there were plenty of lounge chairs for our large group.. The property manager was extremely competent & on top of any issue. This is a second floor unit so it is not possible to walk directly out onto the beach. There was a very helpful collection of toys & beach noodles for all to share. There is a pool & hot tub, plus a gym & tennis courts, but we were there for the beach. Our whole group enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time. There were seven of us. We were on the second floor with beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Elevator made it easy for my mother to move from floor to floor. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, and grocery store. We got take-out lunches across the street at Lone Star every day. We have already booked this condo for next year!

Property is fantastic, amazing views, great amenities and convenient to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The best condo in the Cayman club. Will definitely rent again in the future!

At the end of our 5 night stay, everyone agreed that the entire Cayman Island experience far exceeded our expectations. A large reason for that was the convenience of this condo. It was a perfect setup for our group (3 couples, one with two small children). Being able to step right out onto a beautiful sand beach with as gentle an entry into the ocean as you could want for young kids was a huge plus. Being able to cook for a large group was easy in what has to have been the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental. I’d rent this condo again in a heartbeat for our family.

Having king beds, for all the bedrooms was very nice. The view to the beach and proximity was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants and shops was ideal. Hot tub and pool were nice though tub could have been warmer. Very responsive hosts.

This condo is exceptional! It is beautifully decorated, patio on the beachfront and the beach was never crowded - at most 10 or less! The Ritz and other places were packed like sardines. Awesome location too!

Beautiful property in a great location. We have been to the Caymans many times and this was our favorite property. We plan to come back again.

I stayed here with my family and it was an excellent time. The condo was clean and the location was amazing. Walking distance to almost all restaurants / activities on seven mile. I had great communications with the owner and I would highly recommend.

This condo's location is top-notch. The condo itself is spacious and well-appointed. Communication with the property owner was fast and easy. They were very accommodating when our flights got delayed. I would stay here again!

Owner Heather’s condo was incredible. Superb location on 7 Mile Beach, small facility, so our entire stay, we may have had 2 or 3 other people on the beach. Condo had great unobstructed sunset views and was literally right on the beach. Inside, the place was huge and my family had plenty of room to spread out. High end kitchen with all kitchen gadgets and kitchenware. Condo also had lighted tennis courts and pool, which we used. We really enjoyed this wonderful home. It is expensive, but it is definitely worth it, highly recommend.

Amazing property, clean spacious and can't beat the location!

Great condo right on Seven Mike Beach! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, etc. Very spacious and well appointed. The amenities were just as described, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants too. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas along the beachfront and the beach is deeper here than other places along the beach. Plenty of space the stretch out and not feel crowded next to other guests. The sunsets from beach or balcony are spectacular. Overall, I was very pleased with this condo and will definitely rent it again !!

Beyond perfect and the Condo is immaculate. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and there was a lovely housekeeper, Donna, who came each day and made us feel more at home than ever. The location was ace. We will definitely be back.

The condo was fabulous. Condo had everything you could imagine that you needed on a vacation. The pictures don't deliver how spacious and awesome this condo is. Some opportunities to improve the experience: 1) Add more umbrellas to the beach next to each other. We had 8 persons and could barely fit three under it. And if you have never been in Cayman....the sun is intense. 2) The Jack and Jill shower head needs to be replaced (poor pressure). 3) Donna the housekeeper was very nice and accommodating, but told me she would not be there on Friday 4/12/19 which was disappointing since the rental guidelines state that she is there everyday except Sunday. 4) She also does not clean the tile floors. 5) TV operations are very confusing, written instructions should be provided for each one. 6) I locked my wallet in the master bedroom safe, then the code didn't work. It was Sunday so I had to wait until Tuesday when the office open to get the master key to unlock it. I told Gale at the office what I did, and she said she didn't have one, then when I told her Donna gave it to her prior to our arrival, she miraculously found it. 7) We had beach squatters from cruise ships on the beach several days, one particular day we asked Gale to take care of the issue, she said she would, when we called back later to ask her about a couple still squatting, she said "oh yeah I talked to them, we where on the porch the whole time and gale never talked to them. We consider these all constructive items to improve the experience. None of this can take away from how great this condo and property where. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat! This was our third stay at Cayman Club #16 and we’ve already booked again for next year. What more can I say? It has been two years since our last visit and we were pleasantly surprised to find that an already perfect condo had been updated with new furniture and paint. We always love it here due to the beachfront location and quiet beach. And Donna is a gem of a lady. It’s always nice to catch up with her. Highly recommend for families.

We had a fabulous week! The reviews are all spot on! The condo is perfect and is even nicer that the photos! Beach is beautiful and so close, you can hear the waves from the master bedroom! We loved the screened in porch too! The condo is I great shape and so well equipped with games, dvds and all the cooking utensils you may need! Perfect spot! We hope to come back soon!
