Very quiet and clean. Easy access to Hot Springs attractions (via short drive). All the basic necessities for our stay were provided with some very nice extras. Highly recommend this property as compared to other short term rentals we have experienced.

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and comfortable. Created many memories as a family. We loved the view and the accommodations were perfect. Communication with property owners was great! They were accessible and responded quickly. Thank you for making our time amazing!

The house is on a quiet cove off the main lake. Relaxing. Be prepared for a steep driveway. It was manageable, but took a little getting used to. The back porch was a great place to sit and have coffee.

Our family had a wonderful fun time at our destination. Home was immaculate and plenty of amenities provided (swim fun toys for kids and adults) Really helped with laundry room supplies. Would love to come again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Great stay! Beautiful property on the lake Ina cove with a boat dock. Kayaks & tubes in the garage for use. Newer home so every thing is in great condition. Owners are very attentive and responsive. Will stay again.

The Butler house is top notch. Very fun place to stay while in Hot Springs, Ar! We had a place for our boat, a place to swim, outdoor television and fridge, so much fun!

The home & property were beautiful! The location was perfect as well .The home was not only beautiful but had everything we could possibly need. We loved our time there. We enjoyed fishing, hiking, kayaking, boating, cooking, restaurants, shopping, & generally just exploring the beautiful nature all around. Wonderful 4 nights at this lovely home with my 2 grown daughters. Home is right on the lake in beautiful area and is very well equipped with everything we needed. Very relaxing, especially sitting out on the covered porch, overlooking the lake. We would definitely love to stay there again.

We were looking for a Christmas getaway within a 4 hour drive from Memphis. We found it. Butler on the Lake was great. The house was great, very clean and had everything we needed. It is just off the main lake in a cove that was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the covered back porch watching the lake activities, with TV and fireplace. The craftsman style house was very nice with an open floor plan and a wall of windows to the lake. We will most definitely be back.

We spent 4 days at Butler on the lake with my sister and brother in law. What a beautiful home! So comfortable with an amazing view of the lake. The home was sparkling clean with many nice touches, from Make Up towels to more than sufficient paper products. Just so well thought out and comfortable. And working wit the owner could not have been easier. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The pictures did not do the house or the view justice!! Everything we needed to make our stay amazing. The house was clean, kitchen had all the basics needed to cook in or cook on grill on the porch. Loved having a washer and dryer on site!! We were able to bring out 2 dogs and they loved the yard and being able to walk right into the lake. We brought our paddle boards and were able to launch right from the back yard.... AMAZING. Great place to paddle or kayak.. easy in and easy out. Sitting on the porch and watching the geese and sunrise was so peaceful. Easy check in and easy check out. The hosts were very easy to work with. We are planning our next trip back.

I like luxury. He likes a relaxing outdoor vacation. Butler offers both! Luxury home with gourmet kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, living areas & a lovely porch complete with fireplace, tv, gas bbq grill, mini fridge, sink & cabinets. This lake house is exactly what our multi generational group wanted. Fishing, boating, nearby restaurants & activities. Owners are super available & responsive. Butler on Lake Hamilton is even more impressive in person!

Fortunately, the house was what we expected and more. We were looking for a few days of relaxation and this house fit the bill. We appreciate Greg and Deanna sharing their property with us. We will be back.

As mentioned in the description this home is a new build. So everything is spotless and feels like a show home. The appliances and furniture are all higher end and the photos were spot on. The highlight for us was the lake cove that the house was located on, and the wonderful covered patio. We spent most of our hours at the home on the patio enjoying the lovely views, wildlife and the peace & quiet. Perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The one note I would add is that the drive is steep, it was manageable for us and you can use the garage to drive into, but could be tricky if you had multiple vehicles and folks who were not very mobile. The owners were very friendly with great communication. We have no hesitation in recommending this home and very likely we will be back to enjoy the area more.
