Very clean and good location. We had a couple of issue’s that were handled quickly.

I absolutely did not like the booking system. I kept getting asked to fill out forms repeatedly. It needs an overhaul!

No parking attached to building. $30+ extra per $24 hours.

The bed is really comfy. You feel like sinking in the cloud. The staff are awesome, and they helped us in all what we requested

That there’s only two sets of towels for the whole stay should be at least four. Also, if you’re with a group and everyone shower right behind each other three of you will not be able to shower water ice cold.

I didn’t like that you all advise where to park but peoples cars end up getting booted in the parking garage you refer.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and good location. Full kitchen was a bonus. Each bedroom had their own full bath with walk-in closets. Very spacious and accommodating!

Just a few minor things. But please note, these were minor and we would still stay there again! First time getting in with a passcode was a little cumbersome. Read the instructions a few times before getting there. We were lucky to have someone coming out help us. The dining room table could use better lighting. Either brighter lights from the kitchen or additional plug in lights in the dining room area. Only 1 pot for cooking. Could use more. There was no where to hang our towels in the bathrooms. Could use some hooks. Corners of the throw down rug stick up. Almost tripped on it a few times. Could use some double sided tape to hold it down.

The location was very central, the apartment was very beautiful.

A few issues: parking options were not clear from the form (standard used for all properties). Only when I called to confirm parking was I informed of where I could park. Then in order to access the property I received two different instructions via two different messages (by the time I arrived I had received many many messages concerning check-in, and they were all quite lengthy. I recommend streamlining the check-in process to make it easier for guests who may be traveling and don’t have time to read many long messages. The only issue concerning the apartment itself was that it was a bit humid, there was condensation on all windows.

Quick fixes would make a big difference: master bed should be replaced - quite a hole on one side. master toilet handle was broken. one other toilet ran continuously. area rug should be taped down and is a tripping hazard. more glasses needed in the kitchen.

Easy location within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the set up was exactly as represented.

Honestly a lot of the things that didn't go well were because we were there on Christmas day so that is our own fault. The biggest con for me was the parking. Maybe it was something that I should have researched more ahead of time but it was expensive and hard to navigate. The kitchen had VERY minimal dishes/pans/etc so plan accordingly. The coffee pot worked fine but had the wrong filters (Round instead of cone) so that was a pain too. Getting in a out of the building was a little over the top as far as secure- there was only one key card and we had 4 people in our group- more keys or easier assess would be helpful. Also as many others have mentioned the check in process up front was ridiculous- WAY too much work compared to most other places.

The location is terrific if you want to spend time downtown or on Beale St. The apartment is very spacious, cozy, and homey. The main bedroom and main bathroom are big and clean, and the beds were comfy. Loved staying there!

It's not easy to maneuver the whole building door code and elevator at first (until you pick up the key card after your first entry into the apartment). You dont have much time to get to the elevator, and that may not be easy to do for one person. Also, the door code didn't work at first. I called, and they picked up after 5-10 minutes. They were kind and helpful on the phone. I called again for something else later, and once again, they were very professional, helpful, and kind. Though the bedroom areas and bathrooms were clean, the floors were quite filthy with crumbs in many places.

Great apartment, very spacious in a good location with parking across the street. The apartment was well decorated with all the creature comforts you need for a trip away.

Booking was complicated and I had to complete the booking form 3 times! A test payment from the original card we booked with was taken before our stay, then 24hrs before we left for our trip Abode wanted us to screenshot the test transaction without this, they were unable to confirm our booking. I had to change the card as I was unable to log on to online banking, so I repaid with new card and had to complete the form again. Each time I complete the form I had to take photos of my ID and a photo of myself with my ID, and complete details for all the guest staying. I got a text the day before we checked out and we actually received check-in details, that we didn't get at check-in (at check-in we just got messages in the app of how to access the building). Communication was mainly done via the app as there was a fault on Abodes phone line, when I got a message in the booking.com app there was always what looked like hyperlinks, which weren't hyperlinks, making it difficult to find the message. All in all, it was long winded and frustrating.

Good location .

Not as listed. Only one bedroom with another full size mattress in the living room with no room to get in or out of bed except at foot of bed. No place to unpack or put clothes and closet had no room since it was being used to store cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan. Quite simply, it was a broom closet. Toilet paper holder in 1/2 bath was broken and all blinds were extremely dusty.

Very impressed with the size, standard and location of the apartment, having come from Boston (so expensive) I was even more impressed by the value for money this rental offered.

no real faults at all to be honest that spring to mind. The pre registration was a bit laborious and getting the various codes to gain access was more complex than other rentals, but it all worked
