Highly recommend this location. It was walking distance from Crystal Bridges and everything downtown. It was well appointed with very comfortable beds. FYI…there are lots of stairs since it is multi-levels. Not a problem for our crew but could for others. Communication and service was exceptional!

Highly recommend this property! Family gathered for wedding in town and location was perfect as we could walk to stores, yoga, restaurants, shops and easy access to trails. Nicely decorated (holiday touches appreciated), comfortable beds and clean. Customer service was prompt and accommodating. We will be back! Thank you.

Brownstone had everything we needed! Having a garage was nice also. Wonderful to be so close to everything. Everyone in our group raved about the mattresses-very good quality! Great place to stay!

Such an amazing property. We had a girl trip and the location to to square was perfect. We loved the brownstone. Plenty of room to spread out but cozy as well. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Great location and very responsive property manager. Clean and new feeling. Wish it had a BBQ grill, but that might not be possible with this type of brownstone living. We would stay here again.

This house was very spacious for 7 adults and one infant! So convenient to all of the things we wanted to see and do in Bentonville and more. So easy to come & go for all the family! We would definitely stay there again!

This is a very nice property. Very clean and well maintained. Our group ages were mid 70's to mid 80's. The bedroom on the lower floor is only a trundle bed which really isn't adequate for older folks. The bedroom on 2nd floor is nice, needs some towel hooks in bath area and some sort of bench at the foot of the bed to put on shoes. The 3rd floor is lovely except there are a lot of steep steps to get to it. For older folks this can be a problem. We managed and enjoyed our stay, but be sure to note there are lots of steps to maneuver.

Ride in ride out amazing locale!!

We stayed for a work/mountain bike trip. The location was great, all the bedrooms had their own space to spread out.

I needed a solo retreat and 313 fit the bill. There was plenty of space for me (and many others). I liked that. The location is away from the busy center square but close enough for a short walk to restaurants, retail and activity. It was a great last minute get away!

Great location. We could walk everywhere and the condo was very comfortable.

This place is AMAZING, so beautiful and perfect for a family vacation! Me and my husband were blown away at how beautiful the house was and the proximity to the VERY SAFE, CLEAN and wonderful downtown area! Everything was within walking distance, museums, great dining, FANTASTIC coffee and the kids loved they could rent bikes, walk around, get their own lunch and walk the beautiful nature paths! We had dinner on the upstairs patio and it was just perfect. You really don't need to drive at all, the restaurants are wonderful and there is a record shop the girls just loved; all within walking distance. They loved the spaciousness of the house, they were upstairs where there are two big beds in separate rooms and they shared the big bathroom! THEY LOVED IT! We had the master bedroom that was just lovely! The main area has everything you need and well stocked. They really have the best place around, we are already figuring out how to return when we have our next time off. Best place ever, thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

We love this property so much that we have stayed twice now! It’s perfect for the entire family with close acces to the bike trails and walking distance to town!

Great property with comfortable beds and linens. Communication great easy to ask a question immediate response. Great television channel selection and easy to use! We have been to so many that are either complicated or have very few channels. Big TV’s in each bedroom and giant one downstairs. Love that you can pull into the garage. Overall wonderful.

Would stay again. Early and late checkout charge per hour was irritating but everything else was great for this second stay at this great location.

This condo was all it promised and more. It is very centrally located. If it had not rained pretty much the whole time we were there, we would have walked everywhere. Once again, centrally located to the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again. Also, the managers were always available and when we had questions, the responses were almost immediate.

Exceptional. Walking distance to museums, restaurants, shopping etc. Extremely clean with all amenities. A word of caution...there are quite a few stairs to second floor which might be an issue for an older person.

Had a great time with friends from high school. Easy walk to many restaurants and boutiques. Wish we’d have had a few more days. Great place and great location.

Our stay at the Brownstone was awesome. The property was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of space for sleeping and individual hangout time, with beyond incredible proximity to downtown and the trails. My kids went from being apprehensive to raving and awaiting our return.
