Estanconfor Vista Mar is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, limited views due to other high buildings in the area, but did provide a great narrow view of the beach from the main bedroom, for better views book apartments on floor 20 or greater. Facilities: - great toilets which did not block!! Comfortable Beds and seating areas, decent showers with quite effective remote-controlled air-conditioning systems in both bedrooms and living area. Provides oven, microwave, 2 hob stoves, washing machine, electronic safe, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, plates, cutlery, drinking glasses and couple of pans. Additional perks on site car parking and breakfast service for additional costs. Reception and housekeepers are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Overall would highly recommend Estanconfor Vista Mar.

Views on lower floors have limited views due to other high buildings, Main bedroom en suite shower provide narrow entrance to shower which may become predicament for people of larger size, although second bathroom shower entrance was a little wider. WI-FI kept cutting out in the morning which can be overcome by resetting the in-room hub. Oneself personally would recommend providing baking trays for the oven and extendable laundry washing line for patio. Non-Portuguese or not very tech savvy guests may struggle to operate the television, a leaflet with instructions may be beneficial with recommendations of places to eat or visit. Safe need to be secured to fittings.
