We weren't there for long, but it was perfect and just what we needed for our time in Fayetteville!

Very clean property and enjoyable experience.

Super cool place to stay that is very convenient to campus and restaurants and nightlife. That also means it may not be quiet and remote if that is what you are looking for. But, you can walk 2 minutes to great restaurants and Summermoon coffee. Just a cool spot. Also, lots of stairs, so keep that in mind. This will be my first choice for VRBO in Fayetteville going forward though.

This place is located close to everything you’d want to visit in town. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Property management is very responsive.

The unit was exactly as described. Location was excellent.

Great property and location close to downtown square, the university and easy access to all other points of interest. We enjoyed the tucked away building and good parking. We are seniors so the stairs were a bit of challenge but the balconies in front and back made for great relaxing opportunities. The accommodations were just as advertised and the beds very comfortable.

Me and my business partner stayed here for a few nights while in the area. The property was very clean and all around great. Very quiet area just off of one of the main streets. Checkin was super simple. The host communicated with me throughout the process and checked in the see if we needed anything. I also needed to add a night and they were very easy to work with for that. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious condo.

It was clean and easy and great location.

A great condo, in a quiet little pocket of town, but close to everything. Great parking available ( we had 2 vehicles, one was a oversized pickup, no problem) Friendly neighbors (but not overly so). The condo itself was very clean & as pictured. Beds were comfortable & bedding was upscale. Bathrooms clean & supplied handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash if u needed it. (Only thing I wish they had, & I know its being nit-picky, was some hooks on back of door or wall to hang robes, towels, or toiletry bags). Kitchen was stocked with pods for coffee pot, dish soap, paper towels, spices, etc. Comfortable dining chairs & living room furniture, with big TV. Great communication from owner, texted made sure no issues getting settled in & that we had everything, or if we needed anything. Easy checkout, minimal list of things to take care of b4 we left. That was a nice change from other places i've stayed. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very clean and new nice condo well located in Fayetteville. It had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. Also appreciated the half bath on the main level. I would recommend this property to one and all!

Beautiful view and great location. Very easy check-in and check- out. House was clean and well stocked for our stay. We enjoyed it very much.

Great property and close to Rick’s Bakery! Beautiful views, clean and high end furnishings. This is my number one go to when visiting my daughter.

Apparent it had not been cleaned since last rental and quite dusty along with many live plants needing water and attention. Probably had no one there since the snow two weeks prior and lots of rock salt sprinkled on driveway and entry area. I tried to sweep with a broken broom so we wouldn’t track it inside. Trash compactor had no bag liner and someone had poured coffee grounds into it leaving a big mess to try and remove. No trash bags were even provided!I agree with other reviewers that master bed mattress needs replacing, sinks badly in the middle. It had the basic utensils but not well stocked with those as well as pots and pans like other properties we have stayed in that area. Overall it fit our needs as we were there for Christmas to see family and location was where we needed to be.

Wonderful property that was the perfect location and size for a visit with my college daughter. The property was up to date, clean, safe and extremely comfortable. We both enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be renting this location again! Five plus stars!

Loved the property and location. Giving it 5 stars, but the master bedroom needs a new bed or boxspring. It dipped in the middle.

Our family came to visit our oldest who is attending the University of Arkansas. Short drive to the campus. Comfortable master bed. Quick response from property manager when I text to say propane tank on gas grill was low. They responded immediately and promptly dropped off a new tank. We would definitely stay here again or at another property managed by this company!

Great condo; close to where we needed to be. Spent a few days here with my daughter for some medical treatments near by. Condo is very well decorated and comfortable for some time to relax between appointments. Nice quiet area and the balcony was a nice retreat in the mornings and evenings to gear up or reflect on the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The property exceeded our expectations!

We love the location and the garage is nice bonus.
