Wonderful condo on Dickson. Would make it my first choice any time I come to Fayetteville.

Had a wonderful stay here. Attentive host company, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Perfect for families, professionals, or party-goers visiting. I was here a week and had a marvelous time. The only thing to mention is that the place is next to some loud bars (including a piano bar), so if you’re a sensitive sleeper and go to bed before midnight, you may have a hard time.

This is a great location and the property was in excellent shape for my purposes. I could easily walk my dogs around the block for potty breaks and there is lots of food and drink very close by. The check-in process got a little confusing but I was quickly able to get in touch to clear things up. My only negative was that the Piano Bar across the street stays open until 2AM every night except Sunday so Monday night karaoke was problematic when I wanted to go to sleep at midnight. I could hear the bass thumping very clearly even with all the doors closed. Other than that, the stay was absolutely perfect!

This was exactly as described. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, campus and coffee shops. Walkable to everything if you’re visiting the university. The property is very clean. The bed was a California king and very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The condo was used to organize decorations for an event at a venue nearby. There is plenty of space, and it's a convenient location!

We loved the Hog decor and the location was incredible! The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location to Dickson street! Great view from balcony, and we listened to the piano bar across the street in the evenings. Its super cool decor and cleanliness made for a great stay!! Reasonably priced and great communication from the owners. We will be back for many more stays!

Came up to see my daughter. Location was perfect for entertainment, food, and proximity. My quirky comment is the reserved parking spot location was a little tricky to get my suburban in and out. Next time I’ll bring a smaller car 😀. I would recommend for any families visiting family.

This was our home away from home for three nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to park our car and walk to eat, drink and listen to music. We will definitely stay here again.

You couldn't ask for a better spot in the heart of downtown Fayetteville. 5 minute walk to campus, next to all of the best restaurants/bars on Dickson, 2 minute walk to courthouse square. And the condo is just beautiful, very enjoyable stay.

This condo has it all. The location was 10/10 and the theme/decor was also 10/10 as we were here for the two Women’s Razorback tennis matches this weekend. The condo was very conveniently located to everything downtown Fayetteville had to offer. One of our favorite parts about this unit was that it was a cross the street from The Piano Bar and we got to sit on our private covered deck and listen to the music. There were a lot of food options available and the area felt inviting and safe to be in. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in the area! The property manager/host was very easy to reach as well. Thanks for hosting us!

We came in for the Hog-Gator basketball game. The place was perfect. On Dickson street, so close to bars and restaurants and we walked to Bud Walton arena for the game. The deck has a great view of the action on Dickson street and the interior decoration was awesome, particularly if you’re a Hog fan. Very clean, we will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. Right above DSL. Great communication with the property manager.

If staying on Dickson Street this is the spot. Living room not made for relaxing though. Enjoyed the balcony over looking Dickson

This place was awesome! It’s the perfect location to walk to everything, and I loved sitting on the patio and listening to the piano bar across the street. Everything was really clean and the management company was very attentive. Will definitely be back!

Hubby & I booked this for moving our daughter into her apartment. Awesome location as she lives at the YOUNION, so perfect! Loved the decor(they really decked it out for #WPS). Very comfy bed & they had everything we needed for kitchen etc. This would be an awesome spot for game weekend or not as it is right on Dickson St. no driving & all places you “want to be” are walking distance. Super awesome place & we will be back!
