We absolutely loved the house; spacious, super clean, conveniently located, and well kept.

We stayed at this property over graduation weekend and the proximity to the campus, downtown Fayetteville, College St, etc. was extremely convenient. The house has been completely renovated and very nicely decorated. It was very clean and the living area, kitchen, dining was a large open space that could accommodate a lot of people if needed. Our communication with the property manager was fantastic and their responsiveness may be the best I have ever encountered. We will definitely consider staying here again in future trips.

We absolutely love this property. Huge yard. Very comfortable inside. Roomy and accommodating. I can understand why traffic would be of concern but, it really was certain days and times. If you think it would bother you, bring a sound machine or ear plugs. I loved that we could sit at the big dining table and play cards and watch football very easily. This house is close to everything.

The Mission Rock House was just as pictured and described. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. We didn't end up using the hot tub due to frigid outside temps while we were there but this is definitely a great addition. Thanks!

Home had a nice open layout and comfortable. Lovely backyard for relaxing on the back porch. Home was in a convenient location, but sat on a busy street with traffic noise.

Just what we needed
This was our favorite property we have visited so far. It was perfect for our family visit, including our furry grandpups! We cooked, played a lot of corn hole, and even had a neighborhood fireworks show! We will be back.

Perfect for us
Pros- great open space inside and out, adorable decor, hot tub, big yard for our dogs, comfortable beds, lots of seating at tables, grill was great, house and yard were very clean.
Cons- a small chest to put unpacked clothes in the primary bedroom would have been nice., or even a luggage stand. We could have used a large platter or large salad bowl. Primary bedroom could use darkening shades due to streetlights outside.
Overall a great property that we would rent again.

The main issue was the washing machine, which was filthy and moldy. The whole reason we booked this place was that we needed a washer and dryer (mountainbiking). We also couldn't get anyone to clean it because it was a weekend. The management company dropped off cleaning supplies (there weren't any at the house) and basically left it up to us to TRY and get rid of the mold. It was awful.
The house is on a very busy street and it wasn't completely furnished. Glassware and blankets had to be requested. Would not recommend or stay again.

Beautiful newly redone historic home near campus !
Great home for college graduation, big kitchen and family room open floor home that was perfect for pre- grad dinner, had a few issues with cleanliness as in pots dirty, fridge and need more pans and some things for the comfort of guests. Baths and bedrooms were big and near each other, caution 1 step step in hallway that is a bit dangerous for older guests. Super awesome comfortable beds and newly tiled baths with great showers. No hangers or dressers in bedrooms though and staff came by quickly with more nicer quality towels. Loved the house overall for the price wanted a few more stocked amenities included.

Nice house!
The house was very clean and well stocked. Photos were an accurate depiction of the house. The yard was fully fenced, which was nice with our dogs. The house is on a busy corner, so traffic was a little noisy. But if you are an early riser, this won't matter. The owner responded quickly when we had trouble connecting to wifi and we were connected quickly.

It was a beautiful home, in a great part of Fayetteville. Yard was perfect for a dog to run around and play! Very responsive to and and all requests during our stay. 10/10, would stay again! ☺️
