Lovely property - great space, well laid out, tastefully decorated & appointed. Weather wasn't great for our stay but we still managed to enjoy time in the hot tub and beach hut. Great location, right next to the beach - couldn't be any closer! Parking easy. Bedrooms comfortable with toilet / bathroom on each floor. Would highly recommend for groups of friends / family gatherings. Walkable to Pevensey Castle (~ 30mins each way) and also along coast to Eastbourne (~ 1.5h e/w)

The beach house and deck were lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub too! The house itself was beautifully decorated and sea views from bed were exceptional 😀

Nothing - although I’d have liked a cafetière rather than a nespresso machine - but that’s the only thing I can think of!!

Amazing house with fantastic location, right on the beach. Little extras were provided aswell as a welcome bottle of prosecco and chocolates. Our daughters and niece loved the hot tub. More seating and sun chairs provided at the front on decking

Neighbours were elderly and said that we were a bit noisy. We are a group of 7 adults, aged 17 up to 59 years old. Hard to be quiet as England were playing in the final. We did pre warn them

White Water House was a beautifully furnished elegant oasis for our family reunion . Perfect for our group ranging from 10 months to OAP’s . Jonny was so helpful in answering my pre arrival queries and even installed child stair gates for our arrival. BBQ’s on the beach front and hot tubs out the back . We loved the house and would definitely recommend it.

Very well decorated and stocked. Children's highchairs, cutlery and crockery were a great help. Fully stocked kitchen, great dining and seating areas. The outside areas and various seating options were great for sharing time together but also finding some chill time separately. The BBQ was great too. All of the rooms are very comfortable with two displaying stunning sea views. We all slept very well and enjoyed the gorgeous bathrooms too

The hot tub obviously hadn't been checked between rentals as there was quite alot of sand and the chlorine level was zero when tested with the supplied stripes. There was plenty of chlorine tablets to use but we felt a bit out of our comfort zone using it. Overall the house was cleaned to a high standard but we did find socks, an old balloon, some confetti and a cork lurking in the bedroom/sofas.
