L'emplacement de l'hébergement détaché du centre-ville est agréable. Vous serez au centre-ville de Lisbonne (Praça do comércio) en à peine 20mn avec le métro se trouvant à moins de 10mn à pied (station Laranjeiras). Des cafés sont à proximité immédiate de l'hébergement si vous souhaitez prendre un petit-déjeuner avant de partir. La chambre contient tout le nécessaire : lit confortable, salle de bain avec gel douche/shampooing, serviettes de bain fournis ainsi que la clim. Un petit frigo ainsi qu'une machine à café sont également à disposition dans la chambre. Une cuisine et un salon communs sont à disposition si besoin. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans le parking privé et protégé. Personnel très agréable, chaleureux et à disposition ! Parfait pour une découverte de Lisbonne et ses environs !

The property is verry well positioned next to the highway, accesible parking and all the intructions for the ckuckin were very clear. Nice living room and equipped kichen. I recommand iy for a short stay in Lisbon

There were mold spots under the sealing solution (shower cabin) and the coffee mashine didn"t work

Well maintained, clean and with some style. The facilities were really good, the lounge and kitchen well appointed and very clean.

A coffee percolator would have been good and a corkscrew helpful.

Handy for the university, good inexpensive restaurants very nearby, supermarkets also. Good transport links. Quiet even though near busy road. Guest house spotless, excellent kitchen and lounge, comfortable bed. Very friendly helpful staff. Would have preferred electric kettle in room to the coffee pod machine (can't make tea with that), but otherwise a very good choice.

Simple self checkin. Friendly staff. Cozy. Felt very clean and well functioning. The common areas are a great bonus, and they were also spotless clean. The included parking is also great if you have a car.

Communication was a bit tricky, since we arrived after reception opening hours. We tried communicating through booking.com messages. In hindsight we should have written through whattsapp, since they were more responsive there. The problem we had was that we asked to use the parking spot, but got no key for the car gate. It worked out though, since another guest helped us with the gate. The only downside with the accommodation was that the room smelled extremely strong of cleaning chemicals when we arrived. We had to open the windows to weather it out. Everything felt clean though.

The room was new and the bed so comfy. The staff was really friendly and willing to help us and the parking was very helpful.

The room I was expecting it bigger and in the night was a bit cold. The linen in the bed was dirty with a yellow color like a stamp...for the money we payed I was expected something better to expensive for the area and this room.

Carpet was not in great shape, smelled like cigarettes. I hopped in the shower, turned on the water, had hot water for maybe 2-3 minutes while I washed my hair then it was ICE COLD. I had to finish washing up with a rag in the sink. Really not a great experience. Only good thing is it was close to the airport. Couldn’t wait to get out of there

We had a wonderful stay at Comtesse Lisbonne. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the facilities are fantastic. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen at our disposal, and the free private parking was an added bonus. The staff were very helpful, and the location is excellent, close to the metro station, which takes you directly into the heart of Lisbon.

Air conditioner did not work after first 2 days of stay. Would have loved to leave windows open, but being on the ground corner floor, that was not an option for me.

The Guesthouses is clean and functional and practical, for check-in and check out. We did not require the shared kitchen and lounge facilities, but they looked adequate. There is not a lot happening in the vacinity, other than Lisbon Zoo and local metro is 8 min walk with access to Lisbon centre in 20 mins. A few local restaurants serve the purpose. The free gated car park was very useful for us. The reception is not always attended, but when you catch the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. AC in our room was adequate and plenty of hot water. We would come back.

The rooms are only cleaned and towels changed once a week.

There was no breakfast, but a kitchen was available. The guesthouse is very convenient for travelling and easily accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet with coffee shops and restaurants closely available.

The communication with the staff out of reception hours was not very good. Sometimes we had to wait for the next day to get our questions answered. Fortunately, there were no urgent topics to resolve, but if there were, we would be in trouble.

Location was convenient, room & kitchen was very clean.
