Beds were hard as rocks

Location was perfect with a five min walk to the train and easy car access. The breakfast buffet was great every morning with perfectly cooked bacon. A bit more variety or more fresh fruit would’ve made it perfect.

The walls were very thin, so it was a bit noisy. We could hear the guest next door snoring, and the room above us had a heavy walker who was up at 4 every morning clomping around. The doors to other rooms were also noisy every time someone let them close. Also, the water pressure was pretty weak so taking a shower was a 30 minute endeavor!

Location was excellent for reaching Boston and Logan Airport

Bed settee as second bed not comfortable. Very noisy room from the road outside. No service even no change of towels, but very expensive hotel.

The property was very modern and looked very nice upon first glance. Breakfast was nice!

We rented 2 rooms of the same price and they were very different. one had a huge stain on the floor that looked as though it had not been tried to be cleaned off at all, they other room had no soap in it. The pool water was very cold even for our kids who will swim in just about anything. There was no bedding for the pull out couch (although we booked 4 people in the room)when we called the front desk they said we could come down and get it, when we went down we were told someone brought it up. When we came back up the person who told us they sent someone then came up with bedding. When we asked for a towel they literally gave us a hand towel for the pool.

New hotel so it was clean and in a quiet location, close to blue line train station.

Dont be fooled by the advertisement for this property! I reserved a King suite with water view as advertised. Got to the room and the bed is Queen/Full with no water view. It was a view of a construction site! If you want housekeeping to tidy your room daily, I would not recommend this hotel. Checked in on a Saturday and by Monday, Housekeeping still had not touched the room. I had to walk down to the front desk to request fresh towels and made several inquiries as to why the room was overlooked for 3 days. Supervisor was unable to answer. AC went out on night 3 of my stay. Needless to say, this was the worse hospitality experience for me.
