Perfect for grandparents, parents and other family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. All one level and lots of space! Very clean and well stocked. About 15 to 20 minute drive to UTK. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great option for our extended family to stay while visiting Knoxville for a wedding. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bedroom layouts are a little strange, but it worked for our family. We appreciated that there was a portable crib. The family areas were nice with comfortable furniture. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, convenient stores. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Very close to downtown and 30 minutes from the zoo. Could use some minor repairs (patio door very hard to open) and some visible wear and tear (master bathroom). I would stay here again.

My buddy & I were in town for the Big Ears Festival. It was great to have this sanctuary away from it all. Room for us to sprawl and isolate. Not elegant but plenty of comfort for two old guys.

The property was more than what we expected! The property was clean, in a very calm neighborhood, came with all of the necessities needed for out of town tourist, and was just overall a create house!

House was perfectly located to use as a home base for attending a wedding and related events. Very spacious and met all our needs. Check in was super easy with the electronic access code provided the day before arrival. Neighborhood was super quiet. Would stay there again.

We booked several properties from these owners/hosts. We could not have been happier! The properties were mostly adjacent to each other, though our massive family exceeded even that. The hosts were flexible, friendly, helpful yet not intrusive. The properties were clean, modern and in good repair. Who could ask for more.

We stayed at Brenda’s property for my fiancé’s birthday weekend in Knox. The property was very spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. We slept 7 adults comfortably and everyone had lots of space. Getting to downtown Knox was easy, we either drove ourselves or took an Uber and had no issues. I would definitely recommend Brenda’s property to anyone coming to Knoxville!

This was our third time renting this property and again, a comfortable stay. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Great kitchen. Very quiet cul-du-sac and close to where we needed to be. We enjoy this rental.

We really enjoyed the house during our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone (5 of us). I would warn folks that one of the bedrooms/bathrooms is only accessible from another bedroom. So if you have kids it's great, but with a full group of all adults someone's bedroom will end up being a potential high traffic area.

We had 4 generations of our family stay for a wedding downtown Knoxville. The house was just as advertised and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Lots of room in the kitchen. Family room was comfortable and a cozy space for everyone e to sit and visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet location! Perfect for groups of 10 or so!
We stayed here for a women's event that was held in Knoxville. So it was a group of 8 women. We had enough bathroom space and beds (thanks for the 2 roll away beds!) for our group! The large living rooms were great for late night chats and the kitchen was huge! The owner was very quick to get back to us with any questions, although the contact phone number that was given was not going through. But through the VRBO message board, our questions and minor issues were responded to quickly.

The place was reasonably clean. A bit run down. No WiFi. It was probably overpriced by about 15-20%.

8 people stayed for a week at this property. Everything went very well. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. We were on 5 motorcycles and there was plenty of parking. The one improvement would be the use of the garage but we managed. It would have been helpful to have seen the layout of the house. The location of one bedroom and bath meant it was necessary to go through another bedroom to reach it. Very little privacy for the middle bedroom. All in all the home is well appointed and we found everything we needed.
