A huge very loud , nasty, unruly group of Cuban families took over the pool area, BBQ grills and area. Kids were hitting my granddaughter . We never were even able to use the pool . They were terribly rude, nasty and very loud. Took over the elevators, went right in front of us to get in while we waited. The maintenance man had to clean up their big messes by the pool. We were very disappointed that they over ran the condo. The police even had to be called for them. Wish somebody from your office was there to witness it.

Low key and clean property. Near shopping and restaurants. Along trolley route. Peaceful non crowded beach

My family, and I stayed here for our summer vacation. We love Madeira!! This home was everything we needed, and more. Perfect location to everything!! Walking distance to John’s Pass, and Candy kitchen. We walked every night to get ice cream. The perfect ending to each beautiful beach day. From the ocean views, to the bedrooms, this house had it all. My family, and I plan to return very soon!!

Title says it all. This property is excellent. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and love this unit. The views and location can’t be beat.

Loved the layout of the condo…spacious and comfortable. Corner unit so the balcony gave us wonderful sunset views. Lovely grounds and pool. An older building but extremely well maintained. Perfect for a reunion with my St. Pete High School friends from the Class of 1955!😊We all know the beaches of St.Pete well…would recommend this unit to all.

The location, condo, and view were great. The beach wasn't crowded and a great central location. The walls are thin and we could hear every footstep in the unit above us. We also didn't realize the unit did not have a clothes washer/dryer. It was listed in the amenites so we assumed they were in the unit. We caught this the day before and brought extra clothes and didn't need to wash anything. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again

There’s only 2 things we don’t like about Sea Breeze that the condo owners should bring up at their meetings and that’s gate access. I get you want to restrict only those staying there to use the facility, and this makes sense to enter the pool area however to enter and exit the beech area is a pain especially when it’s next door to public beech access, anyone can go in and out the facility without using the gate, we often went that route rather then dealing with the code as our hands are full. It also doesn’t make any sense to require the code to leave the pool area, you wouldn’t be in there if you didn’t use it to get in and if you weren’t supposed to be there you’d just hop over the gate. Trying to leave the pool area when it’s dark you’ll need a flash light to find the letters and numbers for the code entry. The other complaint is the single elevator and how horribly slow it is. Everyone’s always waiting. If your not carrying a lot then I highly recommend the stairs, at least going down.

Reviewer Comments: The property accommodated or party and the condo was spacious and easy to get around. The view was lovely. However, there was no washer and dryer in the unit as advertised. Since we packed light with that expectation, it was costly and inconvenient. The carpet was vacuumed but needed to be replaced or shampooed as it was black on the carpet path. The elevator was extremely slow and a little scary as to creating it would breakdown any minute.

One of the best condos at Sea Breeze def recommend!

This was a great family vacation destination. The dual balcony was so nice for a change of scenery. There is nothing more soothing to the soul than the sound of the waves. The location was great, just a short walk to Johns pass and my kids loved slurpees on the beach everyday with 7-11 across the street. The candy kitchen down the street was a cool place to check out as well. The place was exactly as displayed in the listing and the resort itself was very well maintained and clean.

The apartment was not clean. The beds in the guest room had been slept in but clean sheets were not put on. Is it the practice to not change sheets if it looks like beds were not slept in. If so this is totally unexceptionable especially during COVID. All beds should be fresh and clean for arriving guests. The tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. The kitchen needs to be updated and painted. It took a whole day for resort rentals to get in touch with the cleaning company to come and do a proper cleaning. We spent the whole day dealing with this problem taking away from our vacation time. The living room, dining room and bedroom furniture was ok. Overall the cleanliness of the apartment put a damper on an otherwise pleasant trip to Madeira Beach.

6 women hard to keep Everyone happy all the time but this condo was perfect for us all.. this is our 2nd stay there in the last year In 401 and absolutely love it.. always meets our expectations.. perfect location and beautiful views comfy beds.. hot showers and plenty of room for everyone.. hopefully see again next year!!

This property has an amazing gulf front balcony with the most spectacular view and the location is perfect. It is large with lots of space and storage. The only real issue we had is that the carpet in the living room and bedrooms was stained and dirty, we kept our shoes on at all times. We would definitely rent at this complex again and would love to rent this condo however we wouldn't unless the carpet was gone.

We were very pleased with our stay. Weather and water were wonderful this time of year and beaches were not very crowded. Check in and check out were simple. No major issues for us!

Property was spacious and in a good location. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Convenient to shopping at St John’s pass. Easy check in. When I had a question management company was quick to respond and helpful. Had all the basic amenities. Pool area is on the small side but plenty of chairs to sit in. Nice to have access to beach chairs and umbrella in the unit for use at the beach, though they were old and rusty so could use new ones. Air conditioning in the front master bedroom was not the strongest, got a little warm with the door closed. Ok temperature in the rest of the unit. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We were very impressed with #401. It was so spacious and well furnished. We had everything we needed to have a great week at Maderia Beach. Our balcony views were just amazing. We had all the comforts of home.
