Great location. Cozy. Big pool ( comparing to other indoor pools). Could communicate with the agents when needed without any problems. Liked the open kitchen area.

The cabin was very spacious and big enough for my family. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and gaming area. I recommend booking this cabin. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great time at this cabin for our youth group retreat. It was very spacious and comfy. the coffee table was very wobbly and the kitchen needs a bigger skillet pan for cooking. The trash cans outside did get pretty full but we made it work. Also, the shower water pressure wasn’t the best. Other than that the place was perfect for us! They provided toilet paper and towels for our weekend stay. The movie room was awesome! They provided WiFi and Hulu for us to use. The rooms were very large and would be great for families for small children. They didnt have the pool table but it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

The property was nice! Not quite as pristine as we had hoped (especially for the price). No pool table, no TV Roku remote, but we made do! Make note that the master bedroom is on the second level. But all in all very nice. The path to the house is quite winding and not accessible to the main drag on foot, which we had hoped since we were there for the car show weekend. Will look for a spot closer in on our next trip!

We were very disappointed in the support we received after arriving at the property. After reading reviews before booking, we had concerns about heated pool, and furniture being in bad shape. I emailed the host and he responded that everything had been corrected. So we booked and headed that way. When we arrived, and checked in trash was laying around (in window sills and bathrooms) and the pool was cold. We again contacted the host that the pool were still cold and he said he would come by and get it working. We never heard from them again and I don’t think they ever came by because we could never used the pool. This was the most expensive rental we have ever done at over $600 a night and the very worst.

NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED OR THOROUGHLY CLEANED! Broken rocking chair on porch, stool and coffee table unstable. Pots and pans are worn out and dirty! Not enough eating utensils for the # of people it can be rented for. Kitchen table sticky, floors need replacing in den. No shower mats. No “extra” or starter supplies! Unprofessionalism and no respect for the tenants. Did not keep their promises or contracted agreement. Pictures are deceiving. Never saw a pool or hot tube attendant. Bedding had small pills of fabric. Housekeeper states they only clean quilts if there‘s time. Porches have not been cleaned nor were the outdoor grills. Pool table ripped and broken, sticks had no tips, no chalk. Dryer broke and maintenance left us a pair of pliers to turn setting knob. This place needs to be shut down as there are carpenter bees everywhere. Spent first 3 days talking with property mgr about these issues. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere for a clean relaxing Mtn house to rent‼️

We had a great stay! The check in process was smooth and Ben was great at communicating with us throughout our stay. Like previous reviews, the pool table wasn’t sturdy and wasn’t playable (the felt was torn and the table swayed quite a bit) for serious billiards but it was a great table for the kids to enjoy as was the Pac-Man game! They spent hours enjoying the game room! Hands down, the best part of the house was the pool. It was so nice to have a place for the kids to burn energy on a rainy day or to be entertained while dinner was being prepped. The cabin is secluded but in a great location! We had easy access to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, The Island, and the Smoky Mountains. Our group of 22 fit nicely! Rooms are large which is great for family sized luggage and was also utilized well by two of our families who had infants with them. The layout of the house is excellent and was far quieter than other homes we’ve stayed in of similar size. We found the cabin clean upon arrival with ample storage for our groceries, the second fridge/freezer was an awesome bonus for our large group. There was an assortment of pots and pans to use though none were particularly large. If you’re bringing a large group, I’d recommend bringing a couple of large pots or pans with you. Overall, we give this cabin a 10/10! We loved it and if you’re looking for a place that’s large, clean, and convenient this is it!

This cabin was perfect for our group! All 4 couples had their own very spacious bedroom and the kids stayed in the 2 bunk rooms. We loved the pool and game room. The contact person was very good at answering any questions we had throughout the stay There seems to be a disconnect between the contact person and the cleaning crew, the entire cabin was dirty as if it wasn’t swept or vacuumed in a while and we weren’t left any trash bags or soap for the dishwasher so we had to ask a couple times to get them and even then they only left us enough for a couple days. It seems like the cleaning crew needs to be checked in on to make sure they’re doing their job correctly The pool was very clean and nice but the hot tub was dirty, luckily the pool guy came by while we were there and we had him look at the hot tub and without pause he took care of it for us The furniture in general ( beds, kitchen stools, pool table, etc..) is very loose and in need of tightening and or repair/replacement We’re not usually a group that complains so all was fine for our stay and didn’t really bother us much, just things that we noticed while there. We would definitely stay again if we decide to visit the area again

The cabin fit all our needs just wish the hot tub would have got hotter than 85 and the pool was heated. Some of the beds needed new mattresses. Plenty of room for the family

The property needs some updates. the mattresses needs to be replaced in all bedrooms.needs a good cleaning. the pots and pans in the kitchen needs to be replaced they are in poor condition.

The freezer door wouldn't close the water kept running on the floor from the refrigerator and also the 1st floor spider webs above the window and dust on all the vents also the front room rug was dusty and dirty messing up my allergies

the house was clean, and spacious. the location was closed to the activities we wanted to do. we enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay here. However, the property manager never sent the code to get in the house. We didn’t have any service so we had to drive to the end of the road to get in contact with him. I did have the app, to communicate with him and he said he sent the information but he didn’t. When i talked to him he was very rude.

Pool heater didn’t work for half of our stay. It seems that pool is heated at specific times of the day. Property is close to all rides in town,that is about it

The cabin was perfect. There was plenty parking and everything was exactly how it looked online.

The cabin was AMAZING! Perfect location. Rooms were spacious with their own bathrooms and the beds were very comfy. We spent the majority of the time in the pool and theater room and both are even better than pictured. Ben was super helpful and accommodating throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

We had children from 16 to 2. This house is so large with a pool which kept everyone entertained

The house was pretty nice but could have been better with a few upgrades. The barbecue grills were both filthy. There was trash surrounding the whole exterior of the house, in the ditch, in the driveway and around the whole perimeter of the house. There were only 2 pool cues that were usable. The pool table was also in rough shape and missing a bridge, broom, and chalk. The house has 5 awesome decks but only 8 rockers (1 broken) all together so some decks go without. All of the stools in the house were wobbly and felt unsafe to use. The pool was not heating when we arrived but was taken care of by maintenance in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay. With a few upgrades this house could be great.

Maintenance could be on top of things better. We fixed 3 toilet seats that were loose, the furnace filter was very dirty, the 3 stools in the kitchen were very dangerous to sit on, we replaced 4 light bulbs and fixed the pool table because there were screws under it that belonged to the legs. We had to sweep better as we had a 1 year old crawling around. There is a mouse living in the stove drawer. The property could use more hooks in the pool area and more towel racks in the bathrooms.

My first time ever booking to stay at the cabin. Process was really smooth, check in and check out was great! Big house, with big spaces! Indoor pool was amazing! My kids practically lived in there and didn’t want to get out! Ben and management team did great communicating. Definitely look to staying there again in the future. Thank you guys so much!

We rented the cabin for a family trip and had a great time. We found the cabin to need some maintenance and repair.

Overall stay was great. Had a few issues in the beginning which were fixed quickly. Like the Cable did not work, and one of the rooms were not cleaned. Communication with host was excellent.

We chose this cabin because of the spacious rooms and indoor pool. We had had no idea that Ben would be so great. The cabin was far better than we expected and the host was exceptional. Checking in was extremely easy and if we did have a small issue, Ben was just a message away. I will definitely stay at this cabin or with these managers in the future.

We booked this cabin last minute for a getaway. The owners were incredibly accommodating for us to be able to check in last minute. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. They checked on us many times throughout our stay to make sure we had all the we needed, and there was plenty to do to keep everyone occupied! Location is perfect. Not far at al from the parkway for food/grocery pickup but no need to leave if you choose not to! Will definitely stay ago.

The house is very spacious and lots of room. All bedrooms were great. We lived the house and location. Ben and team responded well as needed. A few minor issues that they addressed.

It was a nice house centrally located to many tourist activities, but floors could have been cleaner. The pool and hot tub were great and allowed the children to have physical activity no matter what the weather. Views were very limited as the house is built into the side of the mountain and when sitting on the decks you butted right up against the earth. Lots of bedrooms and beds that allowed everyone to sleep peacefully.

The cabin was huge for our family of 18. Each couple had a king bedroom and private bath. Kids had a great time in their bunk rooms, also with bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped as we ate most of our rooms in. There were two refrigerators that we made great use of with this crew. The theater room, indoor pool, and game room provided lots of entertainment when we finished days of hiking, sightseeing, and having fun. This is a great cabin for large famies!!!

The accommodations were beyond my expectations! We enjoyed everything about it. Everything we needed was there. We didn't need to leave but if we wanted too it is still close to the main town.

This property will exceed all expectations.
