My husband and I had a great time during our stay here. We had a little hiccup with our flight to Florida being cancelled and changed to the next day. Pat and Gerry were great and understanding with our late check in. They also were very responsive when we had a few little things happen during our stay there. The condo was great for the two of us, close to the beach and we enjoyed having on site heated pool. We will definitely be back!

Location- top notch! So many options with in 5 minute walking.
Quiet hours- amazing!
Hosts- Amazing and quick responses! They are so kind! They provided amazing suggestions to eating out and convenient locations to grab things!
Arrival- we had snacks, complementary drinks, anything you could think of, this unit has it.
Things on hand- We didn’t have to worry about beach chairs, beach towels, we had a convenient wagon that helped us get everything to the short three minute walk to the beach!
There’s so many amazing things I could say about this unit! We most certainly will be back!

The location was amazing, right next to the beach. Pool area is nice, good restaurants in the area. Communication with the host was challenging to navigate the first night when we needed some support, but I'm sure he will be more gracious in the future. Good parking with the electronic permit and only two steps to get up to the apartment from the sidewalk. There was also a bar in the shower for safety which was appreciated. Comfortable main bed.

We love the location. The courtyard at our unit is a real bonus.
The condo is stocked cery well for immediate check-in. From the washroom toiletries to the well stocked kitchen, there is no need to race out to do shopping.
Pat and Gerry are terrific and attentive hosts.
We are already looking forward to next year.

This condo was everything we needed and a bonus were the few grocery items when we arrived very late. Minutes to the beautiful beach and all things you need are in the condo, from chairs to coolers. Pat & Gerry were excellent communicators. We’ll definitely be back.

We found everything exactly as we expected. Pat & Gerry we in contact when we need information and we’re perfect hosts. The apartment was only a one minutes walk to the beach which was perfect. We will definitely be coming back to stay

The check in process was super easy. When we got there, the condo was super clean. We had a few questions and the turn around time was extremely prompt. There was an evacuation due to the hurricane and Pat and Gerry came personally to our place and discussed all options with us. The owners treated us like family. We were only steps to the beach. We can't wait to come back. You can't go wrong with this place. It was just perfect! Thanks again for everything Pat and Gerry!

This was our 3rd stay at this property. We love the location and Gerald is easy to get in touch with and he gets right back with us when we contact him. We love the patio!

Unit was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Also extremely quiet and
relaxing. Pool was wonderful and warm. Beautiful beach with perfect lovely sand. The unit was fully stocked with many things that made our vacation complete.

We loved our week in this cozy condo. Gerry and Pat responded quickly to our questions. The kitchen has everything you need. The fridge had condiments and a few other items that were a nice touch until we were able to shop. We enjoyed the lush tropical patio. It was so nice to sit outside with our morning coffee, breakfast and dinner. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need including sunscreen. We spent most days at the beach which is a short walk away. Then spent time at the pool. Most evenings we would take a walk back to the beach to watch the sunset. There are plenty of bar/ restaurants within walking distance. So load up the beach wagon with some chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler and an umbrella and have some fun in the sun.

Very cozy, well appointed 1 bedroom. Ground floor, private entrance with patio., close to Upham Beach and restaurants. The owners were delightful to deal with and thought of all the details to visit gteat@
