We’ve stayed here for the past 2 summers while our extended family camped locally. It’s the perfect accommodations for multiple family get together with plenty of room and clean. Thank you again for a great stay. Will be back next year!

Property was as advertised. Very spacious and cozy home. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Owner responded very quickly to requests and any questions we had. Would definitely rent this place again.

Josh is very responsive and this is the most convenient home for visiting family and Deep Creek tubing.

Great property, especially if you want a little separation from family. It is 2 full, separate apartments that share a front porch. It was a long drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge though.

The house was very clean. The location was ideal for dining, shops, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and left clear notes for check-in and check-out.

My family and I were there to ride the polar Express and the location to downtown Bryson city was wonderful! Very clean property. Wish we had more time to stay and explore more of the area. We did have an issue with the fire alarms going off really late one night so I called Josh about possible batteries needing to be replaced and the next morning he sent someone over the replace the batteries. Great communication! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

If was very roomy and clean.. The beds are amazing and sleep great!! The bedrooms do not have TVs only the living areas. However it made for peaceful and quality time trip. The stores and gas stations are only 5 mins or less from the home and the grocery store IGA has great meats and sales, it’s the one stop shop in town. I recommend and will definitely go back, especially when it warms up. The area is on a river and it was very high because of rain some areas could be flooded.

We had made and paid for all the arrangements months beforehand, so we went ahead and celebrated Thanksgiving together. It worked out very well, and this house was a big part of it. The location is great - the wild forests of the Great Smokey Mountains National Park and the amenities of Bryson City are both close by. We had three generations attending, and everyone found interesting and fun things to do. The house is perfect for two families to share - offering as much privacy (safety, in these days) or as much association as anyone would like. It was super-clean. We wiped it all down when we arrived, but the cleaning crew told us later that they had sanitized all the surfaces and often-touched areas. This house was a great find. It helped a lot to make this visit a memorable experience.

This is an apartment style house which is great if you're traveling with a baby/toddler or family/friends. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room area, 2 baths and 2 bedrooms with a shared very large front porch. Also a daybed in each apartment if needed for larger families. Everything was very clean and accommodating. Josh even bought us another large crock pot which I thought was very nice! We just threw our food in the crock pots while we enjoyed our day out exploring downtown Bryson City which is only a couple minutes away. If you like being out in nature Deep Creek is only a mile from here. The hiking trails and water falls were so beautiful! It brought back so many childhood memories for my husband being their. We will book again in the future for sure!
