Wonderful. Well kept. Perfect for three couples. Back yard is peaceful for morning coffee and evening drinks! Good shower pressure! Washer/dryer came in handy! Kitchen well equipped.

Loved the location - 2 blocks to all the shops and restaurants, and short drives to vineyards, and Niagara Falls.
Great bungalow with open floor plan for kitchen, dining room, living/TV room. King bed room has private 3 pc bathroom and TV, queen room has the little chaise, and shares the main bathroom with the twin bed room on the main floor. Beds were comfortable, we slept well! Basement has a huge open room, and another 3 pc bathroom. Back deck has a nice sitting area and dining table with umbrella and BBQ. Everything to create your own special getaway. Roku setup on main tv was handy to connect to Netflix etc and recharge with a movie after a day of exploring.

The Sasson House was perfect accommodations for our girlfriend getaway to Niagra-On-The-Lake. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend in a beautiful area. The house was just perfect for our 4 ladies. Thank you.

Such a great house. Nice deck to visit on. Plenty of parking. Brief walk to downtown Niagara-on-The-Lake. Clean home, comfy beds and furniture, and a great value. Kitchen supplies ample. I highly recommend this rental.

All went smoothly, communications from booking to arrival were thorough and timely. The house was exactly as shown and it was very convenient to walk everywhere (except the wineries). Great neighborhood, very charming, we were comfortable and relaxed. We highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit the area.

Would suggest you install towel bars in the baths , a trash can in the kitchen, fix the bottom back platform tred, its loose and a definite trip hazard, also, perhaps a safe for valuables

The property is in a great location to be able to walk into town. Just two blocks from the main street. The property is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved sitting outside on the deck overlooking the large yard. We would not hesitate to stay again when visiting

We really enjoyed the house, the location is great..lots to see and do.. the kitchen is getting a little worn but very well equipped. I had stayed at this location almost 5 or 4 years ago when the 4th bedroom was available downstairs. Very clean hostess is very easy to communicate with. We will return to this location.

We actually had to try and look for any faults. Clearly the owners still takes ownership of this house as if they lived there.
I wish we were allowed to give more than 5 stars. Perfect location, and absolute pristine condition.

The property is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
The only negatives were that the floors were pretty dirty. If you walked around the house barefoot, your feet would be black. Also, the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms needed to be changed as it had mold on it.

Beautiful Niagara on the Lake!
The location of this home was perfect! So close to the Main Street with all the quaint shops. Enjoyed the privacy of the deck in the backyard and even enjoyed the BBQ. House was also very spacious and comfortable.

The twin beds were very uncomfortable. Not really fit for an adult. Also the lock was very difficult to use to get into the house. But it was a really great place to stay.

Overall good. Place needs work. The front screen (joke) almost hit us - Fix it ! Fix also the bathroom broken floor tile and CLEAN the shower sliding door tracks ! Back deck wall light needs fixing. I could go on, but won’t ie. front stone steps.

I really don't want to provide a positive review and risk everyone else flocking to NOTL. It is one of our favourite locations to chill out and relax. The property was super clean and the location was perfect; close enough to Queen Street yet a couple of blocks off the beaten track to enjoy the quiet.

the down...twin beds too small for tall adults; windows need to be “finessed” to avoid the handles breaking on opening/closing...perhaps the ability to view basic TV channels such as news/sports?
The good: pretty much everything else! Clean, spacious, airy, reasonably well-equipped and an excellent location...recommended and would stay here again.
