The AC would not set below 78 on the second floor, which is where 3 of the 4 bedrooms is located. Maintenance looked at but couldn’t get it to adjust. Overall would stay again!

Everything about this property and its surroundings was perfect! We have been coming to the PCB area for over 20 years and this was definitely the best place we have ever stayed. Highly recommend!!

Also, a fantastic grocery store (Carousel) right down the block. House does have a lot of stairs so if you don't mind that, this house has everything you could want!! Beach chairs and boogey boards in the closet, a bathroom right outside the pool area, a large ice machine, two sets of washers and dryers. It has everything you could possibly need! Also, the rental company was fantastic at communication!!

The house was so beautifully furnished and plenty of room for all 14 of us. The host had fantastic communication. It was a wonderful trip.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The home is super clean, fully stocked with everything you might need for a lovely vacation...crockpot, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, top of the line Cuisinart kitchen appliances, blender etc...The pool is heated and the porches have phenomenal views. We will consider coming back for another vacation!

This place fit our family great! The views are amazing and location was awesome!

New modern home that did not cut corners in construction or decorating. Very comfortable with multiple sitting areas, TVs everywhere if interested in watching. Easy access to beach and view from balconies wonderful! They beach chairs available, bikes, etc. Only drawback is having to climb 2 fights of stairs to kitchen but worth it when you get there as it is very nice. Appliances are ultra modern and bit complicated. Wine fridge and ice maker are great. Overall highly recommend.

We loved the Sundowner! This home was so nice with lots of extras. Having 2 sets of coffee/cocktail bars and washers/dryers for each level were wonderful. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll be set with with everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the view so much the beautiful sunsets from the porch! Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location, beautiful views and wonderful amenities, I especially loved the ice maker and washing machines on both floors. We loved the space and layout our only complaint is that the elevator is not for guests and those stairs will wind you, my dad has bad knees and had a hard time getting to the top level, but other than that it was spectacular!

House was awesome. Amazing views of the ocean everyday. The only complaints we had were of general maintenance which we informed the property management about. The top floor banisters were extremely loose and shaky. We had small kids with us so that was a big concern. The stove does not work and the kitchen and master bath sink seemed clogged and drained slowly. The pool was great to have for the kiddos when we were too tired to lug everything to the beach. All in all it was an amazing time and a beautiful rental.

Close enough to everything you need and far enough away from the party to provide a family atmosphere. Comfortable beds and furniture for those rainy days. Pool is small but perfect for little kids that aren't ready for the all day beach experience.

The best part was the close proximity to a section of beach that wasn't too crowded. The pool was also great, with quality beach chairs. We loved being next door to a donut/breakfast/ice cream shop. We probably went there every day for one treat or another. If I could change one thing, I'd put a table on the balcony, or at least additional seating. The balcony was huge and wonderful (we were out there for every sunset), but there was only seating for 4. We pulled out some of the dining room chairs each night so we could all sit together. But overall, a GREAT time. It was also really convenient to have two sets of washer and dryers as well. We'd definitely recommend!

Maybe it could have been a bit better if there were some beach items there like chairs but overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this house to any large group looking for a beautiful place to rent in the perfect PC Beach location.

We loved everything about the house. It was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed (except for extra blankets). We were disappointed with the management company that had fees/fines for everything. It felt very punitive. We were told via email, text, their app, and on a paper in the house a list of things that would cost us fines if we didn’t comply. All you have to do is tell me your expectations and I will do them. I don’t need to be threatened with fines. You should not make people feel unwanted because of the few out there that will cause you problems. As a matter of fact, we found the grill dirty and with the cover off. We at least replaced the cover. I would rent the house again, but I would think twice about renting from a management company that made me feel that way.

overall stay was great. the cushions on the 3rd floor porch were not clean. other than that, it was good. nice pool, good lay out.

Plenty of room and perfect for our group. The management company was excellent and very responsive. The beach was right across the street which made it super convenient. The views are unparalleled. The house has a pool in the back which is smaller than the pictures but big enough for a vacation splash. The kids enjoyed it. We did have some issues with the pool heater but the management company promptly took care of it for us. Kudos. Will definitely visit again and look to book this place if available. One of the best vacations we have had on the gulf coast. Highly recommend! A+++

Breathtaking views, nice pool and great space in the yard. Very convenient to Thomas donuts and food- kids could walk over and grab lunch easily. Beautiful part of the beach.
