Loved this condo. It was more convenient than I expected. We’ve always stayed in the other building and prefer the ski lockers on the first floor but otherwise it was awesome!

Torian Plum 301 is a wonderful experience! Impossible to beat the location - we walked out our front door, took an elevator to the plaza level, walked maybe 100 feet or so and put on our skis. Perfect and easy location with our two kids - could not have been better. Vacasa also provides a complimentary shuttle to downtown and back - all you do is call the shuttle number and one of their vans will be along to get you. Never waited more than a few minutes. Excellent service. The condo itself, was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets you could ever want. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper - not just one each like some properties offer. The best part of the condo, aside from the location itself, was the smart and spacious layout. This condo is HUGE. With the 3 bedrooms located on one end of the unit and the kitchen, LR on the other, it was possible to be up early in the kitchen while not disturbing the sleeping kids and grandparents. Also, the bedrooms have incredibly thick and soundproof doors that blocked all noise, and, even though the condo fronts the plaza that contains restaurants/bars, there was never an issue with noise. The beds were also super comfy. Master Bath has heated floors which was a very welcomed touch. Thank you for a terrific stay! We had a group of 5. Accommodations for this condo were top notch. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Close to everything. Ski down to Christi lift. We had a fantastic time staying here! Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in this is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom condo exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy, friendly - the condo is in the heart of the resort - walking distance to the slopes, ski rental, restaurants and access to a Vacasa Shuttle for trips downtown. The condo itself was extremely clean with up to date decor and a well stocked, full kitchen. If you are going to Steamboat Springs to enjoy the slopes, it would be hard to beat this condo. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Wonderful place to stay. Only downside is you get a bit of the noise from restaurants below at night if you have windows open! Would stay here again!

The property was great. Master suite is wonderful. The Queen room was good. The twin room is pretty small, but adequate. Living space was fantastic with plenty of room for 6 guests. Kitchen was well stalked. There's a coffee pot and Keurig. Our only issue was the lack of AC. Not uncommon in Colorado but we hit Steamboat on a warm week in August and even with all the windows open and fans running, it was pretty warm during the day. The sun hits the Queen room in the AM and the other two rooms in the PM. Of course it cools down at night but we never quite got to "cool" at any point.

Condo was very clean, Beds were good. The Condo itself is a bit dated. We loved that each room had it own thermostat. Kitchen could use a remodel. We would stay there again.

Our weekend getaway was fantastic. The rooms were clean, we had great access to get to the gondola square, and it was even great for our little kids. We’d most definitely stay again!

Our family of four absolutely loved the property! It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the living room was cozy for games! It was updated and in the BEST location.

The location was perfect with access to equipment rental shop in the next building and proximity to restaurants. We've been enjoying Colorado skiing for the past 10 years and this was the best unit.

Staying in a ski-in/ski-out has been a small dream of mine since taking up skiing a few years ago. Without a doubt, Torian Plum was one of the best places we have ever stayed and the location is nearly unbeatable. The staff were wonderful and the entire experience was one we will remember for years to come. It was a true blessing. We hope to come back and stay longer!

Condo was in perfect location. Right on slopes and very close to numerous restaurants. The property manager, Janeth, was super responsive and helpful. Recommend renting your skis at Terry's Sports, which is right beside the condo. They let you store your skis there, so you don't have to take them up the elevator to the condo with you.

We are a family of 5 and found the accommodation spacious, clean and included everything we needed - huge washing machine and dryer, heating, fridge, cooking facilities, etc. Easy to organise (from Australia!). But the best thing would be the location. So close to everything and easy to get straight onto the slopes. Highly recommend this unit.

We had a GREAT time at this condo in Steamboat. Beautiful furnishings; wonderful views; felt like home. We used the outdoor hot tub- wonderful! I highly recommend staying at this condo; working with Janeth was wonderful; she was very helpful.

We love Steamboat and the Torian Plum. This unit was especially nice. LOTS of room, nicely updated. The master bathroom is gorgeous! Location and access are terrific. Management for this unit was very accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks!

The Condo is very nice, management was great to deal with. Great information and interaction from Condo Manager before arrival and when we arrived. Very well maintained. Very nice location. Everything was great!! We plan on using this Condo again.

The overview is accurate. This condo is attractive and has lots of room. We appreciated the small things that you would find in a regular home, like a closet right inside the front door where you can keep purses, sunglasses, keys, etc. The living/dining area is big enough that you are not all on top of each other. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms for your own clothes as well as groceries in the kitchen. (We have stayed in many places in which the kitchen cabinets are all full, with no room for food!) We would bring our own pillows next time; they were too thick for all of us. Extra bedding/blankets are provided. All the windows open for good cross-ventilation and we didn't need any of the provided fans (daytime temperatures were in the high 70s). Parking is in the underground garage and there are luggage carts as well as a grocery cart available to get everything upstairs to the 3rd floor. There are many multi-story buildings near this one and restaurants on the ground level below, so expect noise at times. It did not bother us, it comes with the territory, and we enjoyed the music being performed nearby (it stopped around 10). The free bus service comes by three times an hour (in summer at least) and you can get all over town. We have always believed that winter resorts make great summer vacation spots, and this was certainly true here. It was not at all crowded in the area around the condo, even with a big wine festival going on. (Downtown--delightful--was bustling, though, and it was hard to find parking.)
