Family trip with 5 adult couples. Perfect cabin for the 10 of us. Breathtaking views and an abundance of space. Narrow road to cabin was a bit nerving but we still loved it. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had tons of family in and the house was great. Plenty of room, great furnishings and lots of fun things to do inside.

Our time at heavens outlook was wonderful One of the cleanest places I have stayed. Very well stocked and the view was priceless! The beds were the some of the most comfortable we all have ever slept in! Would stay again!

The cabin is beautiful and the views are amazing! The cabin was very clean, spacious and the kids had a blast playing pool and ping pong. The owner was very responsive and friendly, everything was perfect! Would highly recommend renting this property!

This is our second time staying in this house. It is beautiful and has enough space for all of us. We have 4 teens/young adults and the space was perfect. The views are amazing and it is so easy to go into town.

We have 5 couples that reunite on an annual basis. This place was absolutely perfect with each couple having their own king size bedroom suite and bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Plenty of space and seating for sit down meals, lounging, or game room play. Outside areas were relaxing and comfortable with great views of downtown Gatlinburg and the Mountains. We saw a bear twice roaming around the cabin, to include a close encounter with a bear coming right up to the bottom deck to sniff out what we were doing. We are all from, or did live in Alaska, so a black bear doesn't spook our group, just made the stay extra special. The place was clean and everything was in good working order. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this place to family and friends. Everyone in our group was extremely pleased with the accommodations!

Great cabin. This was our second stay here and both visits have been fantastic.

There were 8 adults in our travel group. We have been going to Gatlinburg together for many years and we have stayed in various units over the years. We all agreed this was the best trip. The view is fabulous, and the location is perfect! The unit was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need. We will definitely put this unit at the top of our list.

Everything was perfect and had everything we needed. When we arrived, we discovered 2 of the bathrooms had no hand soap, we made a call and it was delivered within the hour! Great customer service! Perfect location and views! Would definitely stay here again!

House was amazing! Sitting around the outdoor fire pit with all of our good friends was a great way to reconnect. Morning coffee outside on the deck watching the sunrise…..now that’s a great way to start the day!!

We greatly enjoyed the property which offered quick access via the bypass to the park and pigeon ford as well as being minutes downhill from downtown Gatlinburg! The house offered beautiful views and 5 Master Bedrooms so everyone was happy. Unlike a lit of properties we have rented, everything worked including the grill, the hot tub and the firepit. Even the video games in the game room worked! We had a great time and the great views and great design of the house made a big difference! Matt of Heavenly cabins was quick and personable in responding to any inquiry. Highly recommend this house and Heavenly Cabins!

Great stay but Bear came onto property on lower balcony and climbed over the railing there needs to be something more on the lower levels to prevent that

Overlooking Heaven was exactly what it looked like…it was fantastic! Beautiful views from each level and great to wake up to with the Smokies right there. Had great evenings out at the fire pits and played many games of pool, shuffleboard. Tons of space with nicely appointed bedrooms and great showers. The road there is steep and windy so recommend you drive to/from during daylight hours, which was no problem given late sunsets. We did see black bears a couple of times so make sure to follow trash directions and don’t leave food in your cars. In summary Overlooking Heaven was a superb getaway for a group…highly recommend.

Four couples who have been friends for 50-60 years plus my 95 year old mama, matriarch to all of us, gathered for fun, food, fellowship! Well equipped kitchen was great as we are all cooks and had gourmet meals every evening, plus awesome breakfasts!! And thankfully, the prediction of 95% chance of rain every day was actually maybe 3% rain! Beautiful! Several NEVER left the cabin while others took in hikes, sightseeing. . .

Our group has been doing a mountain trip for 15+ years…. BY FAR, the best house we have stayed in. The house was equipped for 10 people with plenty of seating options, outdoor space and great bedroom suites! Easy communication with management team and check in/check out. Very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could want. The two fire pits and hot tub were excellent. Lots of games, ping pong table, game table and pool table. Great location and easy drive up the hill to the house. We have already booked for next year.

My family and I loved the property. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom and balcony. Everything was so clean! (and I’m very particular.) We loved the views and how everything was labeled for us. The furniture was not torn/worn down. Everything was great and we will be back again!

Our group of 8 never ran out of things to do and absolutely loved the cabin. We didn't want for anything as it was absolutely perfect.

Overlooking Heaven is a beautiful cabin. The 5 master bedrooms were wonderful for multiple families. The views were breathtaking and the cabin had everything needed for a luxurious vacation in the mountains!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Overlooking Heaven. The house easily accommodated our group of 10 ranging in age from seniors to my 2 year old daughter. Each bedroom with a private bathroom including a shower was perfect for our group. The game room on the bottom floor kept the kids (and adults) occupied for hours and the hot tub was great and easy to use. The entire house was well stocked and extremely clean. Views were beautiful. Easy to get to all Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge sights. The dishwasher broke prior to our Sunday arrival and the hosts communicated with us about the issue promptly and had it fixed by Monday morning. Five stars all around!

Our whole family had a wonderful time. Management immediately resolved a shortage of supplies upon arrival and everything worked out great

This home was just perfect for us 5 couples! We had such a great time and the home was simply perfect! Great king size beds, each with our own bathrooms!! The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The view was beautiful and the location was amazing. It literally takes 3 minutes to get to the strip. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place and great views. Parking can be tight for (5) cars. People next door parked too close into our side so it made it tight. Some furniture outside downstairs was worn pretty bad and 1 fireplace downstairs on the far bedroom side would never light. For the expense of this property I would have expected a little more. Overall good experience. Just a few quirks that were annoying given the expense.

Good place to stay. However it wasn’t perfect. One fireplace downstairs in a room wouldn’t light. Outdoor furniture downstairs was worn pretty bad on some pieces. Parking as advertised for (5) vehicles was pretty tight given the other cabin next door have vehicles parked as well. For the expense of this property and the huge cut VRBO gets on the charges I expected perfection.
