Came to area for SXS event. Plenty of flat parking for UTV truck/trailer. House in great condition. Beds were very comfortable. Owner response was quick. Area bar/restaurants are hit and miss be sure to call ahead.

This property was the perfect size for my friends and I. location...our event was at Pirates Den which was a short 7 minute drive. There was also a little convenience store/deli not far away. They keep the house well stocked with all the basics and the beds were very comfortable. Checking out was easy, as they didnt have a long list of to dos before we left. I will definiteley be booking again next year.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The views from the top are beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable. The living room sliding door is missing some blinds making it a bit warm during the day. Other than that, it was perfect,

New house with plenty of room and amenities. Lots of room outside to park cars and trailers. We will definitely be back again!

The views were gorgeous. The house was clean and comfortable. Owner responded quickly and fixed the only issue quickly and efficiently.

This was a great place!! We had some family coming in for the Enduro race and needed more space. This property was perfect! It was very clean, had easy access to parking, great views, and very close to our property in Marina Manor. It is down the street from the public launch ramp and close to town. We will definitely use it again if needed or recommend it to anyone that comes up👍🏻

House was lovely. Very clean and new. Location was very good and the property owner was super nice and helpful. Would stay there again!

We weren’t there much, as we were out on the river most of the day and had dinners at my nearby in-laws house… but this house is very well kept, clean, and comfortable! Getting keys from lockbox was easy, James turned the AC on remotely before we arrived, and he responded quickly to a question we had. We will definitely be returning, as our family is too large to sleep at the in-laws around the corner. THANK YOU JAMES!

The property has a beautiful view of the water and if you look closely you can see the channels in the Keys! They house is very spacious and clean. The boat ramp isn’t quite walking distance but a quick drive and plenty of parking available in the lot.

Host offers great communication. House is charming and on a hill so you can see a great view of the river, which is really stunning at night. Very close to Circle K, Walmart and public boat launch into the river. We had a really fun time!

This home had everything extra stocked extra and very clean! If you forgot your doggy bowl they had one for you to use. No unwelcoming signs like the last couple houses I’ve been in. No need for me to go out and buy toilet paper hand soap and trash bags they were definitely extra stocked!! Beautiful home very comfortable and cozy! The home was already cooled down when we got there. Instructions on their favorite places and outings for the family. Instructions on where to dock boats. James and his wife are always available to handle questions even at a crazy hour in the morning. Thank you so much for making your home feel like home. 10 star rating! I texted James the day of to see if property was available for friends who’s other option for staying was cancelled. He responded within less than an hour and our friends were able to still join us on our annual river trip! Thanks James!!!

The property itself was in a great location, incredible views, semi-secluded with little to no traffic, easy river access, grocery store was just a short drive away. The house was clean, great interior design, well stocked, comfortable furniture. Would love to spend another vacation there. You won’t regret booking.

My first impression was very nice. I had questions so I emailed the James, the owner. He was very quick to respond. He was away one evening, so he texted me his wife’s cell in case I needed anything. There were six adults and it was very comfortable. The evening weather was perfect to light a fire in the pit. We will definitely be renting again. My family and I had a great time! The view is really nice. Just a short walk down to the water to go fishing! We took our desert toys and went in a 3 hour desert ride right from the house! Super cozy and new!
