We stayed here with 2 families and really enjoyed the home. It was clean and the owners were very responsive. Location perfect for getting to Windham mountain…would stay here again.

Fabulous house surrounded by pine trees with large enough clearing to view the stars at night. Great stone fire pit with comfortable sitting and large deck surrounded by nature. Kitchen, dining room and great room are all open and accommodate a large crowd. Dream kitchen is easy for multiple chefs to work in. The five bedrooms are nicely furnished and the 3 and a half baths support a large crowd. There is a finished basement area that could be a great get-away for young adults.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time hanging out around the fire pit and star gazing late at night. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out inside the house and to sleep. Our hosts answered all of our questions about the house, activities and shopping in the area. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in a beautiful house and peaceful location.

Andrew’s place was an amazing place for a short weekend trip, for a bunch of friends. We enjoyed the house, the firepit, and grilling wings on the grill. We also went out to a brewery nearby and an amazing dinneee for breakfast. So fun and refreshing and easily held all 10 of us.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is so beautiful and clean, and the setting is magical. It’s minutes from Windham mountain and the village. Check in and out was very simple too. I will definitely be back ! Thank you Andrew and Jackie !

Great Ski Getaway
We loved how beautiful and peaceful the setting of this home was yet how easy it was to get to town, skiing, etc. It was the perfect size for our group (3 adults and 3 children). The living room was super cozy and relaxing and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

End of summer getaway
My family and I stayed here for labor weekend. We all got to have a long overdue family get together. Very clean and spacious property. Easy going host. Asked for an early check in and he was very generous to allow it. Very close to windham mountain and hunter mountain for family activities. Would definitely recommend this property!

Clean, Spacious, Comfortable, Enjoyable
I stayed here for one night with 8 other friends of mine and we had such a wonderful time. The house is beautifully decorated with true modern and tranquil feels. Everything was so clean and smelled like fresh linens when you opened up each closet and each bed. Such an enjoyable area with trees all around, fire pit and beautiful deck in the back. Also, have to mention very quick and helpful responses from the host! Will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing long weekend in the Catskills
Just got back from a relaxing long weekend at this Windham property. The house was perfect; we were 3 families (6 adults, 3 kids ages 2, 4, and 6). There was plenty of space to sprawl out and sleeping arrangements were a breeze (the kids loved the bunk beds!). Enjoyed the expansive deck, complete with table that held all of us and a giant grill for nightly BBQs. My son had his first s'more at this fire pit, which was pre-stocked with wood. Proximity to attractions was great. Owners were wonderful at relaying clear directions and were available the whole time. We are already planning to come back in the fall.

Great house ! Very clean. Outdoor fire pit is a huge benefit as well as the amount of space both inside and out. Parking is also convenient. Overall a first class operation.

Beautiful, private oasis.
This place was quite and beautiful. We had a ladies night out and there were plenty of accommodations for all. The living area is spacious, as is the kitchen. The owners were responsive and easy to deal with. The only issue I had was the bunk bed room door needs some wd40 because it is loud when you need to get up during the night. Besides this small inconvenience it was exactly as listed and a wonderful place to stay. Many of the ladies, including myself are interested in returning for a longer stay.

easy and comfortable
This was a very comfortable house that was convenient to Wyndham and Hunter Mountains. Super easy system for checking in and the owners had smart tvs with Netflix etc available. The house does have a pretty open plan so it helps if bedtimes are not scattered throughout the evening. The big mudroom area for storing and putting on ski gear was great!

Family Christmas
Every year my family and I get together a week before Christmas to celebrate ( since we are all married it’s easier this way) this house was perfect for us and our growing families. The house was so open and spacious- even more so then the pictures show. The house and property were very clean and well maintained. Although we stayed in most of the weekend the house is so close to town where there are tons of cute stores and restaurants. We hope to rent this house every Demeter :)

Beautiful house located on a very private piece of property. The house was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor space was great as well. The Owners Andrew and Jackie were very professional and responded to any question very fast. We’ll be considering a return trip soon!

Peaceful Windham Stay
We had such a great 2 week stay here in July. The house is spacious and comfortable, fitting 7 adults and two toddlers nicely. The fire pit was a big hit, great for roasting marshmallows and the deck was good for grilling and eating outdoors. The house is also conveniently located close to fun restaurants and the local convenience store.
Andrew and Jackie were very responsive, reaching out when we checked in and out, and throughout our stay. They also addressed all questions quickly.
We’d definitely stay again!

Amazing "Home-y" Getaway
Great experience in July at the property - it is spacious and clean. If you pay attention you will even notice animals around the property. We saw deer and a hare. Andrew was a great host - responsive throughout the weekend and always available to help.
