Everything was great. Kitchen had everything needed. We’ve been to villa capriani a few times now and have loved it every time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the family. Really enjoyed our stay!!! We are planning to book this again in the future and will definitely inform other families of this location.

This location is right on the beach! Nice strip where they are putting up several houses. There is a restaurant attached to this property building but the wait time is a bit excessive, probably as it is only 1 of 2 on this actual strip. They did have someone playing music almost every night so you get a free show if you might swim! Other restaurants and pizza shops within a 5 minute drive. The condo is very nice and can sleep more than what is actually listed I believe. It has a ton of necessities for the beach, lots of beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas. Really no need to haul any of that here. Lots of extra blankets and pillows too. The only issues we had that I will address is the linen service and cleanliness of the actually building property. The linen service is bear minimum. You get exactly 1 bath towel per person as well as wash clothes and 1 pillow case per person despite all the extra pillows available. Hand towels are one per bathroom and 1 for the kitchen. We didn’t even get a wash rag to clean dishes. There is a washer/drier in the unit but I was a bit disappointed in this service since it’s part of the stay 6-7 nights and it’s included. I’m glad we did not pay for this service. The building property could use some maintenance, love and care. There is a HOA so someone walks around to make sure you have bands on at the pool. Trash cans overflow from the night before and clean up of all the dead bees around the pools was needed.

Our stay was wonderful! Rich was great with sharing all information in a timely manner and answering any questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

We love this condo complex! We have 3 small children, and the ease of movement through the complex, the multiple pools and hot tubs along with the proximity to the beach creates the ultimate family getaway. Thank you!

The condo was perfect for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious layout and the well stocked kitchen! The view from the balcony is beautiful! Perfect for your morning coffee and evening sundowner! The entire facility has something for everybody! We throughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back!

We had a great stay at Topsail, NC. Communication with the owner was spot on. When we had an issue, the owner did his best to clear it up as soon as possible. We really enjoyed the resort, pools, and the beach. Would definitely come here again.

We enjoyed our stay and was pretty happy with the overall experience. The owner was very responsive when we had a small issue with the HVAC and he got it fixed within a couple of days. My only critique is I feel like the kitchen could have had a few more pots and pans for cooking breakfast in the condo and the elastic in the sheets was completely worn out and the sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a get-away at the beach!

We loved our time there. We especially enjoyed the balcony view which included the ocean and the inland waterway! Having an excellent restaurant on the premises was also a a plus.

Only real issue is the property maintenance, they do not be able to keep up with anything

Excellent process, property what we expected

The condo was great for my friends and I. The size and number of bedrooms was just right for us! The pools, beach access and on-site restaurant were excellent and convenient! I was impressed with the restaurant, as most resort style restaurants have either small portion sizes for exorbitant amounts of money, or the food is mediocre. Not this restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the portions were huge. The food was great too! The views from the balcony and grand master suite were fantastic as well. There were several supplies we thought we needed already there, which was great. Rich is a class act as well, when we had questions, no matter the time, he was extremely quick to respond to us and ensure everything was good. We will 100% keep Rich's property in mind for our next visit! Thanks for allowing us to stay!!

We love the villa capriani. We have spent many years at this location. This was the first time since hurricane Florence we were able to stay at the villa . We have always had high expectations. However this time we were disappointed due to the cleanliness of the condo . When we arrived it was evident it was quickly vacuumed but that was all the counters were not wiped off , empty water bottles were laying on the floor behind the couch . We found candy hidden in the cabinets that we were unsure how old it was. And also empty snack bags in th bedrooms laying on the night stand. The condo needed severely dusted and we had trouble Accessing cable in the living room. We more time would have been spent concentrating on cleanliness or would Have been spot on. The shower curtain has mold and in the master bathroom there was mold growing out of the vent . Not exactly Healthy for your guests. We won’t be returning to the Villa. Ans that saddens me

We had a wonderful time at the condo! We had 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The view of the sound and ocean were beautiful. The restaurant at the resort is great, too! I can’t wait for us to stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was exactly as listed. Beautiful property and the condo had plenty of bed space. Our owner was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend or even return as a repeat guest without hesitation.

I haven’t often used VRBO but it was positive experience to booking reservation onward. Our experience at the condo was great! Owner was great to work with.

This condo is a great size and fit out situation perfectly. We had some trouble with the washer but a new set was delivered during our stay. The communication was excellent all of our questions were answered timely! There were some drawbacks…. The parking lot flooded for a couple days which made it difficult to get to your vehicle and bring in groceries. The pool was closed for a day and the closest elevator broke when two days at the end out our stay and it was difficult to carry everything down when we left. That was disappointing. The condo only had two key cards to get to the pool and the beach which was hard with 2 CD families and teenagers. But it all worked out. First time. at topsail wasn’t bad… just wish the weather was better!!

The were some issues with the villa capriani overall, including bad water drainage issues, a nightmarishly bad elevator, hot tubs with no working jets, and severe lack of parking. However, Rich was the best VRBO host I have ever worked with and was one of the best communicators of any property owner I have ever rented from in my life. We loved the area, the condo and the host so much that we will definitely be back! Make sure you eat at the Seaview Pier while there. Great southern breakfast!

This condo is fantastic! Clean, huge and beautifully furnished. Everything you will need for your perfect beach vacation is waiting for you at this ocean front property. It has a large pool area and you are just steps from the sandy beach. If you want to spend more time relaxing, and less time fighting traffic and crowds. This property and North Topsail Beach is the place for you.

Owner very responsive and accommodating

Everything was fantastic. Very easy to get to the beach and the villa restaurant was delicious. Pools looked awesome but they were too cold for the weather. We wishes there was more details about the villa itself. We had to figure out where the desk was and courtyard area. Wasn't very clear on where the beach entrance was the first day but was very easy once we figured it out.

The Condo was great, rich was amazing at communicating and responding quickly. Only complaint was the elevator kept breaking down, kids were stuck on it. Would definitely come back.
